Claims (15)

  1. A bottle designed to contain a liquid or paste product, having an axis (2) and comprising:
    - a body (5) having a peripheral wall (6), a bottom (12) at the upstream end thereof, and an opening (13) at its downstream end, in which a piston (14) is housed that can be moved in the downstream direction during the withdrawal of the product and which delimits the inner volume of the body upstream;
    - a cap (27) sealably mounted on the body (5) on the side of the opening (17), said cap being open at both axial ends thereof and comprising a neck (30) designed to receive a pump (4) for withdrawing product;
    - a bleed piece (16) sealably mounted inside the body (5), defining a recovery chamber (55) with said cap (27) which, during assembly of the bottle (3), is in communication with the inner volume of the body (5) so as to allow bleeding of the air present in the body which, when the bottle (3) is assembled, is sealably covered;
    characterized in that the cap (27) is provided with reversible assembly means (31) for assembling the pump (4) and in that the bottle (3) comprises a bush (43) that has a peripheral wall (44) in which at least one through opening (45) is formed, a bottom (46) at its upstream end and an opening (47) at its downstream end, the bush (43) being designed to receive the pump (4) and being sealably mounted in the neck (30) of the cap (27) so as to be translatable between:
    - a lower position in which the opening (45) is in communication with the inner volume of the body and therefore allows the product to be evacuated from the inner volume of the body (5) toward the outside of the bottle (3); and
    - an upper position in which the opening (45) is closed, the product therefore not being able to enter the inside of the bush (43) and therefore being discharged from the inner volume of the body (5) toward the outside of the bottle (3);
    the bottle (3) also including means for keeping the bush (43) in the upper position when said bush does not receive a pump (4), and the bush being arranged to cooperate with the pump so that the insertion of the pump into the bush causes the bush to move to its lower position and removing the pump from the bush causes the bush to move to its upper position.
  2. The bottle according to claim 1, characterized in that the means for keeping the bush (43) in the upper position comprise at least two retaining elements (53, 39), one of which is formed on the outer surface of the peripheral wall (44) of the bush (43) and the other of which is formed on the inner surface of the neck (30) of the cap (27), said retaining elements being arranged to cooperate with one another when the bush (43) is in the upper position, so as to prevent the untimely movement thereof in the upstream direction, but to allow that movement under the action of the thrust exerted on the bush when the pump (4) is inserted into the bush (43).
  3. The bottle according to one of claims 1 or 2, characterized in that it comprises stop means arranged to limit the translation of the bush (43) inside the neck (30) of the cap (27).
  4. The bottle according to claim 3, characterized in that the stop means comprise at least one annular bead (48) formed on the outer surface of the peripheral wall (44) of the bush (43) and at least one annular cord (39) formed on the inner surface of the neck (30) of the cap (27), the bead (48) being arranged to be in contact with the downstream surface of the cord (39) in the lower position of the bush (43), thereby preventing the downstream movement of the bush (43).
  5. The bottle according to claim 3 or 4, characterized in that the stop means comprise at least one annular bead (49) formed on the outer surface of the peripheral wall (44) of the bush (43) and at least one annular cord (39) formed on the inner surface of the neck (30) of the cap (27), the bead (49) being arranged to be in contact with the upstream surface of the cord (39) in the upper position of the bush (43), thereby preventing the upstream movement of the bush (43).
  6. The bottle according to one of claims 3 to 5, characterized in that the stop means comprise an inner annular return (32) formed on the neck (30) of the cap (27) and against which the downstream end surface of the bush (43) is designed to abut in the upper position.
  7. The bottle according to one of claims 3 to 6, characterized in that the stop means also form sealing means between the bush (43) and the neck (30) of the cap (27).
  8. The bottle according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the bottom (46) of the bush (43) includes at least one lug (54) protruding inward and arranged to form a bearing surface for the upstream end (66) of the pump (4), in the mounted position, without covering the upstream opening (37) of the pump (4).
  9. The bottle according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the bush (43) includes N through openings (45) formed in its peripheral wall (44) and substantially regularly angularly spaced, N being greater than or equal to 2.
  10. The bottle according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the cap (27) includes an inner skirt (36) forming a covering surface for the through opening(s) (45) of the bush (43) in the upper position.
  11. The bottle according to claim 10, characterized in that the bush (43) comprises a protruding annular element (51) on the outer surface of its peripheral wall (44), formed upstream of the through opening(s) (45), and designed to abut against a downstream end surface (38) of said skirt (36) of the cap (27).
  12. The bottle according to one of claims 1 to 11, characterized in that it comprises a closing element (41) covering the downstream opening (33) of the bottle (3) before the first use of that bottle, and able to be separate from the rest of the bottle.
  13. A device for packaging and distributing a liquid or paste product, characterized in that it comprises a bottle (3) according to one of claims 1 to 12 and a pump (4) mounted in the bush (43) and reversibly assembled to the neck (30) of the cap (27).
  14. The packaging and distributing device according to claim 13, characterized in that the inner surface of the peripheral wall (44) of the bush (43) and the outer surface (65) across from the pump (4) are arranged to cooperate sealably and with friction, such that removing the pump (4) outside the bush (43) causes the bush (43) to move to its upper position despite the friction existing between the bush (43) and the neck (30) of the cap (27).
  15. A kit comprising a plurality of bottles (3) according to one of claims 1 to 12, each bottle (3) being filled with a liquid or paste product and covered by a closing element (41), and a single pump (4), separate from the bottles.
