Ultérieurement (figure 13) au moment de l'emboîtement du piston, la partie tronconique de la butée annulaire 34 du piston achève de retourner la lèvre vers l'intérieur du corps de pompe. Ce mode de réalisation est avantageux mais, comme indiqué précédemment, il est aussi parfaitement possible de mouler le corps de pompe avec une lèvre déjà rabattue, le démoulage du corps de pompe se faisant à force. Claims (15)

  1. A liquid dispenser comprising a container including a mouth and a pump fitted in said mouth, said pump including:
    - a pump casing (2) in which a piston is mounted, which piston tightly slides in the pump casing so as to define a liquid proportioning chamber therewith, said pump casing including on the one hand a plug-forming outer portion (16) which provides tightness with said mouth and, on the other hand, an annular protrusion (23) extending inwards and moulded in one piece,
    - an inlet valve (17) which provides communication between said proportioning chamber and the container,
    - an outlet valve (18) which provides communication between said proportioning chamber and dispensing means,
    - a spring (4) pushing the piston towards a released position thereof, wherein the volume of the proportioning chamber is maximum,
    said piston including an annular stop (34) cooperating with said annular protrusion to define said released position, under the pushing effect of the spring,
    characterized in that the wall of said pump casing has no vent hole bored therein.
  2. A dispenser according to claim 1, characterized in that said annular protrusion is shaped like a flexible lip (23).
  3. A dispenser according to claim 2, characterized in that said flexible lip (23) is folded inwards with respect to the pump casing.
  4. A dispenser according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that said annular stop of said piston includes, on one side, an abutting face (35) cooperating with said lip and, on the other side, a tapered portion (36) participating in the folding of said lip when said piston is being fitted into the pump casing.
  5. A dispenser according to one of claims 2 to 4, characterized in that said lip is divided into segments.
  6. A dispenser according to one of claims 2 to 5, characterized in that the radial length of said lip is larger than the radial distance separating the inner wall of said pump casing and the outer wall of said piston, in the vicinity of said lip.
  7. A dispenser according to claim 1, characterized in that the quantity of liquid introduced when filling the container is remarkably smaller than the capacity of said container (Figure 5).
  8. A dispenser according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said pump casing includes an outer skirt (76) surrounding an end portion (77) of said container, including the mouth.
  9. A dispenser according to claim 8, characterized in that locking means (80) are defined between said skirt and said end portion of the container.
  10. A dispenser according to one of claims 8 or 9, characterized in that the wall of said container end portion (77) is thinned so as to define, outside, an annular recess, the radial thickness of which is substantially equal to the thickness of said skirt.
  11. A dispenser according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said inlet and outlet valves comprise a common shutter (5) which can move, in an axial translation, inside the pump casing, an end of said shutter forming a needle (52) cooperating with a hole in a discharge conduit provided in said piston, so as to constitute said outlet valve and the other end of said common shutter cooperating with a suction tube of said pump casing to constitute said inlet valve.
  12. A dispenser according to claim 11, characterized in that said shutter includes a needle-forming part (51) which slides lengthwise in said suction tube, in that sections of the tube and said needle-forming part are adapted to a tight sliding in the vicinity of the suction tube end which communicates with the proportioning chamber and in that at least one groove (51a) is arranged lengthwise, along said needle-forming part, which allows the passage of the liquid during the inlet phase.
  13. A dispenser according to claim 12, characterized in that the end of the suction tube communicating with the proportioning chamber protrudes therein and has a reduced thickness which increases its radial flexibility, so as to strengthen tightness with the grooveless surface of said needle-forming part
  14. A dispenser according to claim 11, characterized in that the other end of said shutter is shaped like a bell (81) capable of covering an end portion (82) of said suction tube which protrudes at the bottom of said proportioning chamber and of tightly sliding along the outer surface of said end portion.
  15. A dispenser according to claim 14, characterized in that said suction tube includes an axial bore (84) having a very small diameter facilitating the pump priming by capillarity effect.
