Claims (12)

  1. A vial intended to contain a liquid or pasty product, said vial (3) having an axis (2) and comprising:
    - a body including a bottom (6) at its upstream end and an opening (19) at its downstream end, and provided with means (17) for assembling in a reversible manner a pumping device (4) of the product;
    - a closing element (23) obstructing the downstream opening (19) of the body prior to the first use of the vial (3), and being severable from the body;
    - an intermediate piece (25) mounted inside the body, including a downstream opening (27) connected to a plunger tube (32) belonging to the vial and extending upstream substantially axially in the body substantially up to the bottom (6), said intermediate piece (25) being provided with sealed connection means intended to cooperate with the pumping device (4), so as to allow evacuation of the product contained in the vial (3) through the plunger tube (32) by pumping;
    characterized in that said intermediate piece (25) is integral with the body of the vial (3) and non-extractable from said body (3), and in that it is mounted in a sealed manner against the inner face of said body.
  2. The vial according to claim 1, characterized in that the intermediate piece (25) comprises an axial housing (30) open at its two ends and connecting the downstream opening (27) of the intermediate piece (25) and the plunger tube (32), said housing (30) being intended to receive in a sealed manner a portion of the pumping device (4).
  3. The vial according to claim 2, characterized in that the intermediate piece (25) comprises a transverse wall (26) in which is arranged the downstream opening (27), a skirt (28) protruding from the transverse wall (26) upstream, a generally tubular portion (29) protruding from the transverse wall (26) upstream, around the downstream opening (27), and the inner area of which forms the housing (30) intended to receive a portion of the pumping device (4), the upstream opening of said generally tubular portion being directly connected to the downstream opening of the plunger tube (32).
  4. The vial according to claim 3, characterized in that the generally tubular portion (29) comprises, from upstream to downstream:
    - a first cylindrical portion (33) and a second cylindrical portion (35) of larger diameter, a shoulder (36) being thus defined between said two portions (33, 35) and forming a sealing surface intended to be in contact with a corresponding surface (49) of the pumping device (4);
    - a portion (37) widening downstream, forming an area for inserting the pumping device (4) in the housing (30).
  5. The vial according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the intermediate piece (25) is snapped inside the body.
  6. The vial according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the body comprises a substantially cylindrical main portion (5), open at its downstream end, and a cap (13) mounted on the main portion (5) on the opening side, in a sealed manner, the cap (13) being open at its two axial ends and the intermediate piece (25) being mounted inside the cap (13).
  7. The vial according to any of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the closing element consists of a stopper that can be screwed, a lid that can be peeled or an appendage that can be detached (23).
  8. A device for packaging and dispensing a liquid or pasty product, characterized in that it comprises a vial (3) according to any of claims 1 to 7 and a pumping device (4) mounted on the vial (3) in a sealed and removable manner, the pumping device (4) being devoid of plunger tube.
  9. The device for packaging and dispensing a product according to claim 8, characterized in that the pumping device (4) presents an axis (2) and comprises:
    - a base (38) provided with reversible assembly means (39) on the vial (3);
    - a head (40) including a conduit (41, 42) opening, at one end, to the outside of the head (40), mounted movable in axial translation relative to the base (38) between an upper position and a pressed position, under the pressing action of a user, so as to deliver, through the conduit (41, 42), a dose of the product contained in the vial (3);
    - an end-piece (45) secured in the base (38) and protruding upstream, the end-piece (45) including an axial channel (46) open at its both ends and in communication, downstream, with the conduit (41, 42) arranged in the head (40);
    the end-piece (45) being devoid of plunger tube and comprising means for sealed connection with the vial (3), enabling, when the pumping device (4) and the vial (3) are in the assembled position, a communication between the axial channel (46) of the end-piece (45) and the plunger tube (32) integrated to the vial (3).
  10. The device for packaging and dispensing a product according to claim 9, characterized in that the end-piece (45) of the pumping device (4) comprises, from upstream to downstream:
    - a first substantially cylindrical portion (47) and a second cylindrical portion (48) of larger diameter, a shoulder (49) being thus defined between said two portions (47, 48) and forming a sealing surface intended to be in contact with a corresponding surface (36) of the vial (3);
    - a portion (50) widening upstream, intended to be inserted in a housing (30) of complementary shape arranged in the vial (3).
  11. The device for packaging and dispensing a product according to claim 9 or 10, characterized in that the end portion of the end-piece (45) includes an outer face (51) converging upstream, and presents a radial projection (52) intended to cooperate in a sealed manner with a wall (33) of the vial (3).
  12. A kit comprising a plurality of vials (3) according to any of claims 1 to 7, each vial (3) being filled with a liquid or pasty product and closed by a closing element (23), and one single pumping device (4), separate from the vials, the pumping device (4) being devoid of plunger tubes, and including means for sealed connection with the vials (3).
