Claims (10)

  1. Dispenser of samples of liquid substances, mainly of cosmetic substances, said dispenser comprising a cylinder (18) which defines a chamber (21) intended for receiving said substance and which is closed off at a first end (30) by a piston (28) adapted to slide inside said cylinder (18) and at a second end (54) by a cap (16) that is rotatingly mobile between an open position and a closed position, said dispenser comprising locking means;
    characterised in that said cap (16) comprises a skirt (60, 66) adapted to be applied against the wall of said cylinder (18), said skirt (60, 66) having a first radial slot (70) intended to cooperate with a second radial slot (78) made in said second end (54) of said cylinder (18) in said open position so that said chamber (21) opens to the outside,
    and in that said locking means comprise a tubular element (10) adapted to hold said cap (16) in said closed position and to block its translation movement in relation to said piston (28), said tubular element (10) having a divisible part (14) for releasing said cap (16) from said tubular element (10) .
  2. Sample dispenser according to claim 1, characterised in that said tubular element (10) and said cylinder (18) have means for blocking their rotation (48, 50, 52) in relation to each other, and in that said tubular element (10) and said cap (16) are solidly attached to each other rotatingly so as to block the rotation of said cap (16) in relation to said cylinder (18) in said closed position.
  3. Sample dispenser according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that said tubular element (10) has a part of its body (12) solidly attached to said divisible part (14), said piston (28) being held so as to move in translation inside said part of the body (12) spaced out from its internal wall such as to leave a cylindrical space free between said piston (28) and said internal wall, in which said cylinder (18) is likely to be housed.
  4. Sample dispenser according to claims 2 and 3, characterised in that said first end (30) of said cylinder (18) comprises a collar (48) with a radial groove (52) that can be driven in said cylindrical free space and in that said part of the body (12) has a longitudinal internal rib (50) adapted to be inserted in said radial groove (52) to form said means for blocking the rotation of said cylinder (18) in relation to said tubular element (10).
  5. Sample dispenser according to claim 4, characterised in that said part of the body (12) has internal restraint means (46) against which said collar (48) is adapted to rest in order to block the translation movement of said cylinder (18) in relation to said piston (28) in opposite directions to each other.
  6. Sample dispenser according to any one of the claims from 3 to 5, characterised in that the end of said piston that is opposite said cylinder (18) is extended by a concentric sleeve (31) which surrounds said piston (28), the internal surface (40) of said sleeve (31) being at a distance from the external surface of said piston (28) so as to form a tubular concentric space (38) that can house said cylinder (18),
    and in that said sleeve (31) is adapted to be housed in a first cylindrical portion of said free space, against said internal wall of said part of the body (12), said concentric space matching a second cylindrical portion of said free space in which said cylinder (18) is adapted to be driven.
  7. Sample dispenser according to any one of the claims from 1 to 6, characterised in that the end of said piston (28) adapted to slide in said cylinder (18) comprises a flared circular watertightness lip (32), adapted to rest against the internal wall (34) of said cylinder (18).
  8. Sample dispenser according to any one of the claims from 1 to 7, characterised in that the second end (54) of said cylinder (18) has a portion with a straight section that is smaller than that of said cylinder (18) so as to form an internal shoulder (56) and in that said skirt (60) intended to be applied against the internal wall of said cylinder (18) comprises a peripheral cord (62) which projects from the surface of said skirt (60) and is adapted to rest against said shoulder (56) so as to block the translation movement of said cap (16) in relation to said cylinder (18).
  9. Sample dispenser according to claim 8, characterised in that said peripheral cord (62) is interrupted so as to form two free stop ends (72, 74), and in that said internal shoulder (56) comprises a stop (76) that extends near the surface of said skirt (60) between said two free stop ends (72, 74) so as to limit the rotation of the travel of said cap (16) in relation to said cylinder (18) between said closed position in which one of the free stop ends (72, 74) is resting against one face of said stop (76) and said open position in which the other one of said free stop ends (72, 74) is resting against the other face of said stop (76).
  10. Sample dispenser according to claim 3 and according to any one of the claims from 1 to 9, characterised in that said tubular element (10) and said cap (16) are adapted to be moulded as a single piece from plastic materials.
