- Packaging and dispensing device (1) comprising:(i) a pressurized container (2);(ii) a valve (11) with which the container is equipped, comprising a valve stem (12) a portion of which projects out of a valve body (8); and(iii) a dispensing head (10) for actuating the valve,a) a first element (20) a first end of which is coupled to the valve stem so as to place a channel (19) passing axially through the valve stem in communication with a channel (23) made axially in the first element, which emerges via at least one internal outlet orifice (36) located at a non-zero axial distance from a free end of the valve stem (12); andb) a second element (40), delimiting a dispensing orifice (48) and able to go from a first position relative to the first element, preventing the valve from being actuated, and in which the dispensing orifice is closed off by the first element (20), to a second position, allowing the valve to be actuated, and in which the dispensing orifice (48) is at least partly freed and in communication with the internal outlet orifice (36).
- Device (1) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the valve (11) is actuated as a result of a command exerted on the second element (40) when the latter is in the second position.
- Device (1) according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the second element (40) goes from the first to the second position as a result of a movement of the second element relative to the first, whose direction and/or sense is different from the valve (11) actuation movement.
- Device (1) according to Claim 3, characterized in that the second element (40) goes from the first to the second position as a result of a movement of the second element relative to the first along an axis X of the first element, the valve (11) actuation movement being transverse to the said axis X.
- Device (1) according to Claim 3, characterized in that the second element (40) goes from the first to the second position as a result of a movement of the second element relative to the first (20) along an axis X of the first element, in a first direction, the valve (11) actuation movement being along the axis X, in a second direction, opposite the first.

- Device according to Claim 8, characterized in that the dispensing orifice (48) is oriented along an axis X of the first element, the internal orifice(s) (36) being oriented transversely to the said axis.
- Device (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the dispensing head (10) has an assembly band (13), secured to the container (2), the said first element (20) being prevented from rotating relative to the assembly band.
- Device (1) according to Claim 10, characterized in that the assembly band (13) is mounted fixedly on the container, in particular by snap-fitting tightly.
- Device (1) according to Claim 10 or 11, characterized in that the first element (20) is prevented from rotating relative to the assembly band by means of one or more catches (32) formed by the first element (respectively, the assembly band) which can engage in a corresponding number of grooves (9) formed by the assembly band (respectively, the first element).
- Device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the second element (40) comprises an edge (43), which is in particular annular, and which, when the second element is in the first position, is substantially in contact with the assembly band (13) so as to prevent the valve from being actuated.
- Device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that means, in particular in the form of an axial stop (27, 45) are provided so as, when the dispensing head is mounted on the container, to prevent the second element from detaching from the first.
- Device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises means (37, 38) for sealing, at least when the second element is in the second position, between the first element (20) and the second (40) in order to ensure that all the product leaving the internal outlet orifice(s) (36) is conveyed to the dispensing orifice (48).

- Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises means (37, 38) which, when the second element (40) is in the first position relative to the first, are held elastically between the first and second elements (20, 40).
- Device according to Claims 15 and 17, characterized in that the said sealing means are formed of the said elastic means.
- Device (1) according to Claims 16 and 18, characterized in that when the second element (40) is in the first position, the free edge (38) is pressed elastically against the inside surface of an end wall (47) of the second element delimiting the said dispensing orifice (48), the said free edge (38) pressing sealingly against the inside surface of a side wall (41) of the second element (41) when the latter is in the second position.
- Use of a device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims for packaging and dispensing, under pressure, a cosmetic product, in particular a care product, make-up product, body hygiene product, hair product or a product for protecting the skin against the effects of solar radiation.
