Claims (20)
- Dispositif de conditionnement et de distribution (1) comprenant :i) un récipient pressurisé (2) ;ii) une valve (11) équipant le récipient, et comprenant une tige de valve (12) dont une portion émerge à l'extérieur d'un corps de valve (8) ; etiii) une tête de distribution (10) pour l'actionnement de la valve, caractérisé en ce que la tête de distribution comprend :a) un premier élément (20) dont une première extrémité est couplée à la tige de valve de manière à mettre en communication un canal (19) traversant axialement la tige de valve avec un canal (23), ménagé axialement dans le premier élément, et débouchant via au moins un orifice de sortie intérieur (36) disposé à distance axiale non nulle d'une extrémité libre de la tige de valve (12) ; etb) un second élément (40), délimitant un orifice de distribution (48), et apte à passer d'une première position relativement au premier élément, interdisant l'actionnement de la valve, et dans laquelle l'orifice de distribution est obturé par le premier élément (20) à une seconde position, autorisant l'actionnement de la valve, et dans laquelle l'orifice de distribution (48) est au moins en partie dégagé, et communique avec l'orifice de sortie intérieur (36).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que l'actionnement de la valve (11) résulte d'une commande exercée sur le second élément (40) lorsque ce dernier est dans la seconde position.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce que le passage du second élément (40) de la première position à la seconde résulte d'un mouvement du second élément relativement au premier dont le sens et/ou la direction est différent du mouvement d'actionnement de la valve (11).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 3 caractérisé en ce que le passage du second élément (40) de la première position à la seconde résulte d'un mouvement du second élément relativement au premier selon un axe X du premier élément, le mouvement d'actionnement de la valve (11) étant un mouvement transversal audit axe X.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 3 caractérisé en ce que le passage du second élément (40) de la première position à la seconde résulte d'un mouvement du second élément relativement au premier (20) selon un axe X du premier élément, dans un premier sens, le mouvement d'actionnement de la valve (11) étant un mouvement selon l'axe X, dans un second sens, opposé au premier.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 4 ou 5 caractérisé en ce que le mouvement du second élément (40) relativement au premier (20) est un mouvement de vissage/dévissage.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 6 caractérisé en ce que le passage de la première position à la seconde résulte d'une rotation d'environ 360° du second élément (40) relativement au premier (20).
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7 caractérisé en ce que le (ou les) orifice(s) de sortie intérieur(s) (36) est (sont) d'axe non parallèle à un axe de l'orifice de distribution (48).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8 caractérisé en ce que l'orifice de distribution (48) est orienté selon un axe X du premier élément, le (ou les) orifice(s) intérieur(s) (36) étant orienté(s) transversalement audit axe.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9 caractérisé en ce que la tête de distribution (10) comprend une frette de montage (13), solidaire du récipient (2), ledit premier élément (20) étant immobile en rotation par rapport à la frette de montage.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 10 caractérisé en ce que la frette de montage (13) est montée fixement sur le récipient, notamment par encliquetage serrant.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 10 ou 11 caractérisé en ce que le premier élément (20) est immobilisé en rotation par rapport à la frette de montage, au moyen d'un ou plusieurs crans (32), formé(s) par le premier élément (respectivement, la frette de montage), et apte(s) à s'engager dans un nombre correspondant de rainures (9) formée(s) par la frette de montage (respectivement, le premier élément).
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent caractérisé en ce que le second élément (40) comprend un bord (43), notamment annulaire, qui, lorsque le second élément est dans la première position, est sensiblement au contact de la frette de montage (13) de manière à interdire l'actionnement de la valve.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent caractérisé en ce que des moyens, notamment sous forme d'une butée axiale (27, 45), sont prévus pour, en position montée de la tête de distribution sur le récipient, empêcher de désolidariser le second élément du premier.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens (37, 38) pour, au moins lorsque le second élément est dans la seconde position, faire étanchéité entre le premier élément (20) et le second (40) de manière à assurer l'acheminement de la totalité du produit sortant du (ou des) orifice(s) de sortie intérieur(s) (36) vers l'orifice de distribution (48).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 15 caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'étanchéité sont constitués d'une lèvre annulaire (37) dont un bord libre (38), au moins lorsque le second élément (40) est dans la seconde position, s'applique de manière étanche contre une surface annulaire intérieure du second élément (40).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens (37, 38) qui, lorsque le second élément (40) est dans la première position relativement au premier, sont contraints élastiquement entre les premier et second éléments (20, 40).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 15 et 17 caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'étanchéité sont formés desdits moyens élastiques.
- Dispositif (1) selon les revendications 16 et 18 caractérisé en ce que lorsque le second élément (40) est dans la première position, le bord libre (38) est en appui élastique contre la surface intérieure d'une paroi d'extrémité (47) du second élément délimitant ledit orifice de distribution (48), ledit bord libre (38) s'appliquant de manière étanche contre la surface intérieure d'une paroi latérale (41) du second élément (41) lorsque ce dernier est dans la seconde position.
- Utilisation d'un dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent pour le conditionnement et la distribution sous pression d'un produit cosmétique, notamment de soin, de maquillage, d'hygiène corporelle, capillaire ou de protection de la peau contre les effets des rayonnements solaires.
