Claims (27)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Konfektionierung und zur Abgabe eines Produkts, die aufweist:
    - einen Behälter (10), der das Produkt enthält und mit einem Abgabeelement (20) ausgerüstet ist, das dazu dient, das aus dem Behälter kommende Produkt austreten zu lassen;
    - einen Abgabekopf, der auf dem Behälter angebracht ist und der aufweist:
    - ein Montageorgan (30), das ausgebildet ist, um den Abgabekopf in Bezug auf den Behälter zu fixieren;
    - eine Abgabeeinrichtung (40), die mit einer Abgabeöffnung (45) versehen ist und so ausgebildet ist, dass sie das Abgabeelement (20) verschieben kann, um es hinsichtlich des Austretenlassens des Produkts zu betätigen;
    - einen Betätigungshebel (60), dessen Bedienung dazu dient, die Betätigung des Abgabeelements zu bewirken, wobei der Betätigungshebel so ausgebildet ist, dass er an der Abgabeeinrichtung (40) derart zur Anlage kommen kann, dass sie verschoben wird, um das Abgabeelement (20) zu betätigen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abgabeeinrichtung (40) vor einer ersten Betätigung des Abgabeelements (20) durch mindestens eine Materialbrücke (50) in einer solchen Position mit dem Montageorgan (30) verbunden ist, dass die Abgabeeinrichtung (40) mit dem Abgabeelement (20) nicht in Fluidverbindung steht, wobei die Materialbrücke bei der ersten Betätigung so brechbar ist, dass das Abgabeelement (20) in eine Fluidverbindung mit der Abgabeeinrichtung gebracht werden kann.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich ein Teil (41) der Abgabeeinrichtung (40), der dazu vorgesehen ist, mit einem Teil (21) des Abgabeelements (20) in Fluidverbindung zu kommen, vor der ersten Betätigung des Abgabeelements in einem Abstand von dem Teil des Abgabeelements befindet, der nicht gleich Null ist, gemessen längs der Längsachse des Abgabeelements.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abgabeeinrichtung (40) einen Stutzen (41) aufweist, der zur dichten Verbindung mit einer Betätigungsstange (21) des Abgabeelements (20) dient, wobei ein unterer Rand des Stutzens (41) vor der ersten Betätigung des Abgabeelements oberhalb eines oberen Randes der Betätigungsstange (21) liegt.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Montageorgan (30) durch mehrere Materialbrücken (50), insbesondere vier Materialbrücken, mit der Abgabeeinrichtung (40) verbunden ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abgabeeinrichtung (40) einen zylindrischen Mantel (42) aufweist, der mit einem unteren Rand (42a) versehen ist, wobei die Materialbrücke(n) (50) am unteren Rand (42a) des zylindrischen Mantels ausgebildet ist/sind.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Montageorgan (30) und die Abgabeeinrichtung (40) durch einstückiges Ausformen erhalten sind.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abgabeeinrichtung (40) so ausgebildet ist, dass sie das Abgabeelement (20) längs der Längsachse des Abgabeelements eindrücken kann, um es zu betätigen.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abgabeelement (20) eine Pumpe ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Montageorgan (30) durch ein elastisches Band (35) mit der Abgabeeinrichtung (40) verbunden ist, das die Bewegung der Abgabeeinrichtung relativ zum Montageorgan erlaubt.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Montageorgan (30) einen Mantelring aufweist, der zur Befestigung an einem Hals des Behälters oder einem Befestigungsmantel (23), mit dem das Abgabeelement am Behälter befestigt ist, geeignet ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mantelring so ausgebildet ist, dass er durch Einrasten am Hals des Behälters oder am Befestigungsmantel (23), mit dem das Abgabeelement am Behälter befestigt ist, befestigbar ist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abgabeeinrichtung (40) ein Röhrchen (44) aufweist, das in der Abgabeöffnung (45) mündet.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Betätigungshebel (60) durch einstückiges Ausformen mit der Abgabeeinrichtung (40) und dem Montageorgan (30) hergestellt ist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Betätigungshebel (60) durch eine elastische Lasche (66) mit dem Montageorgan (30) verbunden ist.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Betätigungshebel (60) am Montageorgan (30) angelenkt ist, insbesondere an einem ersten Ende (61) des Betätigungshebels.
  16. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Ende (61) des Betätigungshebels zwei seitliche Öffnungen (63) zur Aufnahme einer Gelenkachse aufweist, insbesondere einer Achse, die im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Längsachse des Betätigungshebels liegt.
  17. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Öffnungen (63) so ausgebildet sind, dass sie zwei Vorsprünge (34) aufnehmen können, die am Montageorgan (30) vorgesehen sind, wodurch eine Schwenkbewegung des Bestätigungshebels (60) relativ zum Montageorgan (30) um die Gelenkachse ermöglicht wird.
  18. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Betätigungshebel (60) ein zweites Ende (62) aufweist, das als Auflageoberfläche (62a) zur Bedienung der Betätigung des Abgabeelements (20) dient.
  19. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Betätigungshebel (60) so ausgebildet ist, dass er die Abgabeeinrichtung (40) niederdrücken kann, um das Abgabeelement (20) zu betätigen.
  20. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Betätigungshebel (60) mindestens eine Nase (65) aufweist, die auf einer oberen Wand (43) der Abgabeeinrichtung zur Anlage kommen kann.
  21. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nase (65) so ausgebildet ist, dass sie in einer entsprechenden Vertiefung (46) zu liegen kommt, die auf der oberen Wand (43) der Abgabeeinrichtung vorgesehen ist.
  22. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Betätigungshebel (60) einen Fensterausschnitt (64) aufweist, durch den das Röhrchen (44) hindurchgeht.
  23. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Blockierorgan (70) aufweist, das so ausgebildet ist, dass es die Bewegung des Betätigungshebels (60) begrenzt, um eine Betätigung des Abgabeelements (20) zu verhindern.
  24. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Blockierorgan (70) eine Stange (71) aufweist, die so ausgebildet ist, dass sie durch einen Schlitz (67) hindurchgeht, der im Betätigungshebel (60) vorgesehen ist.
  25. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stange (71) eine Schulter (72) aufweist, auf der ein Teil des Betätigungshebels (60) zur Anlage kommen kann.
  26. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (10) ein kosmetisches Produkt enthält.
  27. Verwendung einer Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche zur Konfektionierung und zur Abgabe eines kosmetischen Produkts, insbesondere in Form einer Creme, eines Schaums, eines Gels oder eines Sprays.
