Claims (14)

  1. Abgabekopf (30), der dafür vorgesehen ist, auf einem Behälter (10) montiert zu werden, wobei der Abgabekopf umfasst:
    - eine Pumpe (20), die dafür vorgesehen ist, sich über den Behälter zu erheben, die mit einem Betätigungsstift in der Längsachse X ausgerüstet ist;
    - einen Verteiler, der auf der Pumpe montiert ist, der eine Kanüle (44) umfaßt, die in eine Abgabeöffnung (45) mündet, wobei sich die Kanüle entlang einer Achse Y verstreckt, die verschieden von der Achse X ist;
    - einen Hebelarm (50), der dafür vorgesehen ist, die Betätigung der Pumpe zu steuern, wobei der Hebelarm einen Abschnitt (55) umfasst, der imstande ist, so auf dem Verteiler in Auflage zu kommen, dass er eingedrückt wird, um die Pumpe zu betätigen;
    - ein Verriegelungsorgan (70) das so konfiguriert ist, dass es in einer ersten Position die Betätigung der Pumpe zulässt und es in einer zweiten Position die Betätigung der Pumpe verhindert,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Position aus dem in Anschlag bringen der Kanüle (44) auf einem Abschnitt des Verriegelungsorgan resultiert.
  2. Abgabekopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungsorgan (70) eine Hülse ist, die den Verteiler (40) mindestens teilweise umschließt, wobei die Hülse mindestens einen oberen Rand (74) umfasst, auf dem die Kanüle (44) in der zweiten Position der Hülse in Anschlag kommt.
  3. Abgabekopf nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Rand (74) der Hülse (70) eine abweichende Form umfasst, die eine Aussparung (73) bildet, die das Eindrücken des Verteilers in die erste Position der Hülse zulässt.
  4. Abgabekopf nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kanüle (44) oberhalb der Hülse angeordnet ist und vertikal zu der Aussparung (73) ausgerichtet ist, wenn die Hülse in der ersten Position ist.
  5. Abgabekopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (70) mit mindestens einer Lasche (72), die sich radial in den Bereich außerhalb der Hülse erstreckt, und vorzugsweise mit zwei Laschen (72), die einander diametral auf der Hülse gegenüber liegen, ausgestattet ist.
  6. Abgabekopf nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lasche(n) imstande ist (sind), in der ersten Position und in der zweiten Position in Anschlag zu kommen.
  7. Abgabekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebelarm (50) ein Fenster (5) umfasst, das von der Kanüle (44) durchquert wird.
  8. Abgabekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen Montagering (60) umfasst, der dafür geeignet ist, auf dem Behälter befestigt zu werden.
  9. Abgabekopf nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pumpe (20) auf dem Montagering (60) befestigt wird.
  10. Abgabekopf nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebelarm (50) gelenkig auf dem Montagering angebracht ist.
  11. Abgabekopf nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebelarm (50) ein erstes Ende (51a), das um ein Gelenk schwenkbar auf dem Montagering (60) montiert ist, und ein zweites gegenüberliegendes Ende (52a) umfasst, das dafür vorgesehen ist, eine Fläche zum Drücken zu bilden, mit der die Betätigung der Pumpe gesteuert wird.
  12. Vorrichtung (1) für die Verpackung und die Abgabe, die einen Behälter (10) umfasst, über den sich ein Abgabekopf (30) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche erhebt.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter ein kosmetisches Produkt enthält.
  14. Verwendung einer Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 12 oder 13 für die Verpackung und die Abgabe eines kosmetischen Produkts, insbesondere in Form einer Creme, eines Schaums, eines Gels oder eines Sprays.
