Claims (15)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zur Verpackung und zur Ausgabe eines Produkts, insbesondere eines Kosmetikprodukts, die aufweist:
    a) einen das Produkt enthaltenden Behälter (2, 70);
    b) ein den Behälter bestückendes Ausgabeelement (5, 72), das mit einem Aktivierungsorgan (6, 74) versehen ist, das gemäß einer Längsachse X des Ausgabeelements beweglich ist;
    c) einen Ausgabekopf (10), der über einen Ring (20) auf den Behälter montiert ist, wobei der Ausgabekopf ein Betätigungsorgan (40) aufweist, das bezüglich des Rings beweglich ist, wobei die Kopplung zwischen dem Ring (20) und dem Betätigungsorgan (40) so ist, dass die Drehung dieses letzteren (40) bezüglich des Rings (20) eine Verschiebung des Aktivierungsorgans (6, 74) gemäß der Achse X und die Ausgabe des Produkts durch mindestens eine Ausgangsöffnung (46) des Ausgabekopfs bewirkt.
  2. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die axiale Verschiebung des Aktivierungsorgans (6, 74) aus der Drehung des Betätigungsorgans (40) um die Achse X entsteht.
  3. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Antriebselement (42, 43, 44), insbesondere in Form eines Zapfens, der vom Betätigungsorgan (40) (bzw. vom Ring (20)) gebildet wird, mit mindestens einem Führungselement (31, 32, 33) in Eingriff kommen kann, das vom Ring (bzw. vom Betätigungsorgan) gebildet wird, wobei das (oder die) Führungselement(e) (31, 32, 33) eine Rampe (38) aufweist (aufweisen), die so konfiguriert ist, dass sie beim Drehen des Betätigungsorgans (40) die axiale Verschiebung des Aktivierungsorgans (6, 74) bewirkt.
  4. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebselement (oder die Antriebselemente) (42, 43, 44) vom Betätigungsorgan (40) gebildet wird (werden), während das Führungselement (oder die Führungselemente) (31, 32, 33) vom Ring (20) gebildet wird (werden).
  5. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mehrere Antriebselemente (42, 43, 44), insbesondere drei, aufweist, die den gleichen Abstand zueinander haben und je einem entsprechenden Führungselement (31, 32, 33) zugeordnet sind.
  6. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungsorgan (40) bezüglich des Rings (20) zwischen einer ersten Winkelstellung und einer zweiten Winkelstellung drehbeweglich ist, wobei die Kopplung zwischen dem Betätigungsorgan (40) und dem Ring (20) so ist, dass die Drehung des Betätigungsorgans (40) zwischen der ersten Stellung und einer Zwischenstellung zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Stellung im Wesentlichen keine axiale Verschiebung des Aktivierungsorgans (6, 74) bewirkt.
  7. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, sowie nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei der Drehung des Betätigungsorgans (40) zwischen der ersten Stellung und der Zwischenstellung das (oder die) Antriebselement(e) (42, 43,44) mit einem Abschnitt (37) des entsprechenden Führungselements (31, 32, 33) in Eingriff steht (stehen), der im Wesentlichen lotrecht zur Achse X liegt und sich vor der Rampe (38) des entsprechenden Führungselements (31, 32, 33) befindet.
  8. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Eingreifen eines Antriebselements (42, 43, 44) in das ihm zugeordnete Führungsmittel (31, 32, 33) über eine Öffnung (34, 35, 36) erfolgt, die an einem freien Rand (30) des Rings mündet.
  9. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausgangsöffnung (46) entlang der Achse X angeordnet ist.
  10. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungsorgan (40) Reliefs, insbesondere in der Form von Riefen (48), aufweist, die seine Drehung bezüglich des Montagerings (20) begünstigen können.
  11. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine entfernbare Kappe (60) aufweist, die in der Lagerstellung der Vorrichtung die Ausgangsöffnung (46) bedecken kann.
  12. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die entfernbare Kappe (60) Mittel, insbesondere in Form einer Elastomerkugel (62), aufweist, die in der Lage sind, sich in der geschlossenen Stellung der Kappe (60) dicht auf die Ausgangsöffnung (46) aufzulegen.
  13. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ausgabeelement aus einem Ventil (5) vom Typ Aerosolventil besteht.
  14. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ausgabeelement aus einer handbetätigten Pumpe (72) besteht.
  15. Verwendung einer Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche zur Verpackung und zur Ausgabe eines kosmetischen oder dermatologischen Produkts, insbesondere in Form einer Creme, eines Schaums, eines Gels oder eines Sprays.
