Claims (11)
- Anordnung zum Öffnen und Schließen einer an einer bodenseitigen Reinigungsöffnung (10) eines Behälters (12), insbesondere eines Materialaufgabebehälters für Dickstoffpumpen (14), angeordneten Verschlußklappe (16), gekennzeichnet durch eine mit der Verschlußklappe (16) gekoppelte, zwischen einer Ausgangs- und einer Endstellung bewegbare hydraulische Antriebseinheit (20) zum Verstellen der Verschlußklappe (16) zwischen einer die Reinigungsöffnung (10) abdichtenden Schließstellung und einer die Reinigungsöffnung (10) zumindest teilweise freigebenden Auslaßstellung, wobei die Verschlußklappe (16) durch Betätigung eines die Druckölzufuhr zur hydraulischen Antriebseinheit (20) steuernden hydraulischen Stellglieds (22) in ihre Auslaßstellung verstellbar ist, und mittels eines mechanischen Stellorgans (23) unter gleichzeitiger Rückstellung der hydraulischen Antriebseinheit (20) in ihre Ausgangsstellung handbetätigt in ihre Schließstellung zurückstellbar ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die hydraulische Antriebseinheit (20) einen in einem einfach wirkenden, bodenseitig mit Drucköl beaufschlagbaren und stangenseitig mit einem Öltank (51) oder mit der Atmosphäre verbundenen Hydraulikzylinder (24) verschiebbaren Antriebskolben (26) aufweist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antriebskolben (26) über ein mit der Kolbenstange (28) verbundenes Gestänge (18) mit der Verschlußklappe (16) gekoppelt ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antriebskolben (26) über einen mit der Kolbenstange (28) angelenkten Schwinghebel (64) mit der Verschlußklappe (16) gekoppelt ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hydraulikzylinder (24) um eine zur Achse der Reinigungsöffnung parallele behälterfeste Achse (56) schwenkbar ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußklappe (16) um eine zur Achse der Reinigungsöffnung (10) parallele Achse (58) am Behälter (12) schwenkbar ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das mechanische Stellorgan (23) als starr mit der Kolbenstange (28) oder mit dem Verschlußdeckel (16) verbundener Handgriff oder Handhebel ausgebildet ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das hydraulische Stellglied (22) ein als 3/2-Wegeventil (48) ausgebildetes Steuerventil aufweist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bodenseite des Hydraulikzylinders (24) in einer vorzugsweise handbetätigten Schaltstellung (a) des Wegeventils (48) mit der Druckölzufuhr und in einer federzentrierten Ruhestellung (b) des Wegeventils (48) mit dem Öltank (51) verbunden ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das hydraulische Stellglied (22) ein die Druckölzufuhr zur hydraulischen Antriebseinheit (20) beeinflussenden, vorzugsweise als regelbares Drosselventil (50) ausgebildetes Stromventil aufweist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschlußdeckel (16) durch eine Auflaufschräge (61) eines am Behälterboden angeordneten Anschlagstücks (60) in seiner Schließstellung gegen einen Dichtungsring anpreßbar ist.
