Claims (8)
- Greiferwebmaschine mit mindestens einem an einem Eintragband (18,18a,18b) angeordneten, in einem Webfach (8) hin- und hergehend geführten Greifer (20), wobei das Eintragband im Webfach (8) beidseits an Führungsstiften (22,22a, 26,26a) in Führungsausnehmungen (24,24a,24b,24c,24d,28, 28a) mit Abstand von den Kettfäden (2,2a) geführt ist, wobei die Führungsausnehmungen (24a,24b,24c,24d) der dem Webblatt (12) benachbarten Führungsstifte (22a) jeweils eine untere Führungsfläche (38,38a,38b,38c), sowie eine sich unter einem Winkel (α) zur Ebene (36) des Eintragbandes (18a,18b) gegen das Eintragband (18a, 18b) öffnende obere Führungsfläche (40,40a,40b,40c) aufweisen, wobei der in die Führungsausnehmungen (24a,24b,24c,24d) eingreifende Rand (44) des Eintragbandes (18a,18b) einen angepassten Querschnitt aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel (α) der oberen Führungsfläche (40,40a,40b,40c) der dem Webblatt (12) benachbarten Führungsstifte (22a) so bemessen ist, dass diese obere Führungsfläche beim Austritt aus dem Unterfach und Kreuzen der Kettfäden (2a) mit diesen einen Winkel β ≥ 5° bildet, dass die untere Führungsfläche (38, 38a, 38b, 38c) parallel zur Ebene (36) des Eintragbandes (18a, 18b) ausläuft und dass das Eintragband (18a,18b) auf der Unterseite zwischen den Rändern (44,45) einen Aufbau (48,48a) aufweist.
- Greiferwebmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Führungsfläche (40,40a,40b,40c) und die untere Führungsfläche (38,38a,38b,38c) durch eine im Querschnitt kreisbogenförmige Verbindungsfläche (42,42a, 42b,42c) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Greiferwebmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel α = 20° bis 70° beträgt.
- Greiferwebmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsausnehmungen (28a) der dem Webblatt (12) abgewandten Führungsstifte (26a) zueinander und zur Eintragband-Ebene (36) parallele obere und unter Führungsflächen (30a,32a) aufweisen und der Rand (45) des Eintragbandes (18a,18b) einen angepassten Querschnitt aufweist.
- Greiferwebmaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere und die untere Führungsfläche (30a,32a) mittels einer dazu senkrechten Verbindungsfläche (34a) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Greiferwebmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsausnehmungen (24a,24b,24c,24d,28a) der Führungsstifte (22a,26a) und die führenden Ränder (44,45) des Eintragbandes (18a,18b) kongruent ausgebildet sind.
- Greiferwebmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Eintragband (18a,18b) zwischen den Rändern (44,45) auf der oberen Seite einen Aufbau (46,46a) aufweist.
- Greiferwebmaschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufbau (46,46a,48,48a) jeweils eine Dicke von mindestens 0,5 mm aufweist.
