- a weaving machine is also known (FR 2 552 455 A1), at which, by means of specialist training facilities, two superimposed Weaving fans are formed.
- Each of these weaving compartments is assigned a gripper driven by a gripper belt.
- a plastic guide part is arranged, that protrudes on both sides over the gripper belt.
- the guide part forms a sliding surface with which it is on the weaving comb is led.
- Side guide means arranged with the sley be moved and who are accordingly in the Move weaving fans in and out of them.
- This Guide means are each provided with a nose, the a longitudinal groove of the guide part is assigned. Two each Guide means are with their noses at the same time as the guide part engaged.
- the invention has for its object a rapier weaving machine of the type mentioned in such a way that the Gripper belt and the gripper are not due to twisting can move out of the leadership means.
- the gripper belt and guide means having guides associated with the guide part are arranged in a row one behind the other and each have at least two guides, one of which Guiding the top of the gripper belt and guiding the Underside of the gripper belt are assigned that at least one of these guides both the gripper belt and the Guide part is assigned, and that the guide part to each other has opposite guide surfaces with guides the guide means a side guide for the guide part form.
- the mutual Distance of the movable guide means in the longitudinal direction of the gripper belt in this way to the length of the guide part it is agreed that in each case at least two guide means are simultaneously engaged with the guide member. This makes the guide part particularly safe to guide ensures that it is not between the management means can twist or move upwards.
- the stationary guide means the gripper belt lead across and perpendicular to its flat sides and recesses have a distance from the guide surfaces of the guide part. This ensures that the stationary guide means the gripper belt across and perpendicular align to its flat sides while those in the shed Movable guide means assigned to the guide part are. This eliminates the risk of wear on the gripper belt reduce significantly because of possible misalignments the movable guide means in relation to the stationary ones Guide means not to wear the gripper belt to lead.
- the stationary guide means and the movable guide means are provided with guides, each on different Place the gripper belt guide surfaces assigned.
- the rapier weaving machine shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 contains two gripper belts (1) for a transfer gripper (2) and one Takeover gripper (3).
- the one driven by a drive device (4) Gripper belt (1) moves the transfer gripper (2) with it the weft to be inserted up to the area of the middle of the Rapier weaving machine, where the takeover rapier (3), its rapier belt (1) also driven by drive means (4) is, takes the weft and to the opposite side transported.
- the drive means (4) in the area of side frames (5) are arranged, for example via a gear driven drive wheel (6) for the two Gripper belts (1).
- the gripper belts (1) are made using guide blocks (7) in contact with the respective drive wheel (6) held.
