Claims (12)
- Aufschnitt-Schneidemaschine mit einem Maschinengehäuse, einem daran gelagerten und angetriebenen Kreismesser (3), einer zur Einstellung der Aufschnitt-Scheibendicke relativ zur Schneidebene des Kreismessers mittels einer Verstelleinrichtung (8) verstellbaren Anschlagplatte (7), einem am Maschinengehäuse entlang einer parallel zur Schneidebene verlaufenden Führung hin- und herschiebbar gehaltenen Schlitten (9), der mit der Führung derart gelenkig verbunden ist, daß er aus seiner Arbeitsstellung in eine Reinigungsposition vom Kreismesser (3) wegschwenkbar ist, und mit einer Verriegelungsvorrichtung, welche eine mit der Verstelleinrichtung (8) gekoppelte Sperrscheibe (27) und ein in eine Ausnehmung (28) am Umfang der Sperrscheibe einrückbares Sperrglied (26) umfaßt, welches bei einem Verschwenken des Schlittens (9) aus seiner Arbeitsstellung heraus betätigbar und in die Ausnehmung der Sperrscheibe (27) einrückbar ist, wobei die Sperrscheibe eine Position gegenüber dem Sperrglied (26) einnimmt, die ein Einrücken des Sperrgliedes in die Ausnehmung (28) und damit ein Verschwenken des Schlittens (9) aus der Arbeitsstellung heraus verhindert, wenn mittels der Verstelleinrichtung (8) die Anschlagplatte (7) auf eine Scheibendicke größer Null eingestellt ist und wobei bei einem aus seiner Arbeitsstellung heraus verschwenkten Schlitten (9) durch das in die Ausnehmung (28) der Sperrscheibe (27) eingerückte Sperrglied (26) eine Verstellung der Anschlagplatte (7) blockiert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmung der Sperrscheibe (27) eine vom Umfang der Scheibe in Richtung der Scheibenmitte verlaufende Nut (28) ist, deren Öffnung am Scheibenumfang im wesentlichen der Abmessung des in die Nut (28) einrückbaren Sperrglieds (26) entspricht, und daß das Sperrglied (26) entlang einer zur Sperrscheibenmitte ausgerichteten Bahn geführt ist.
- Aufschnitt-Schneidemaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sperrglied (26) an einem verschwenkbar gehaltenen Riegel (22) angeordnet ist, wobei der Abstand des Sperrgliedes (26) von der Schwenkachse (23) des Riegels (22) im wesentlichen dem Abstand dieser Schwenkachse zum Sperrscheibenmittelpunkt entspricht.
- Aufschnitt-Schneidemaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nut (28) im wesentlichen parallele Seitenflächen aufweist.
- Aufschnitt-Schneidemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sperrglied (26) mittels Federkraft, vorzugsweise mittels einer Schenkelfeder (24), außer Eingriff mit der Nut (28) der Sperrscheibe (27) gehalten ist.
- Aufschnitt-Schneidemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungsvorrichtung eine sich parallel zur Schlittenführung (13) erstreckende Anschlagleiste (20) umfaßt, welche an ihrem der Verschiebeendstellung des Schlittens (9) entsprechenden Ende eine Aussparung (21) aufweist, welche mit dem Sperrglied (26) und der Sperrscheibe (27) fluchtet und welche den Durchtritt eines mit dem Schlitten (9) gekoppelten Betätigungsgliedes (18) zur Betätigung des Sperrgliedes (26) erlaubt.
- Aufschnitt-Schneidemaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit dem Durchtritt des Betätigungsgliedes (18) durch die Aussparung (21) die Schnitthubbewegung des Schlittens (9) in seiner Verschiebeendstellung verriegelt wird.
- Aufschnitt-Schneidemaschine nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sperrglied (26) mittels Federkraft außer Eingriff mit der Nut (28) gehalten ist, wobei das Sperrglied (26) mit einem Riegelanschlag (25) an der Anschlagleiste (20) anliegt.
- Aufschnitt-Schneidemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitten (9) beim Verschwenken aus seiner Arbeitsstellung heraus mittels eines einseitig angelenkten Betätigungsgliedes (18) direkt auf das Sperrglied (26) arbeitet.
- Aufschnitt-Schneidemaschine nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenkonturen des Sperrgliedes (26) und der Nut (28) der Sperrscheibe (27) kantig ausgebildet sind.
- Aufschnitt-Schneidemaschine nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einer Scheibendickeneinstellung der Anschlagplatte (7) "größer Null" die Verriegelungsvorrichtung eine im wesentlichen spielfreie Abstützung des Schlittens (9) gegenüber Schwenkbewegungen bildet.
- Aufschnitt-Schneidemaschine nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die spielfreie Abstützung vom am Umfang der Sperrscheibe (27) anliegenden Sperrglied (26) sowie dem am Sperrglied (26) angreifenden Betätigungsglied (18) gebildet wird, welchletzteres im wesentlichen spielfrei direkt am Schlitten (9) gehalten ist.
- Aufschnitt-Schneidemaschine nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Verschiebeendstellung des Schlittens (9) das Betätigungsglied (18), insbesondere der Stößel, das Sperrglied (26) und die Sperrscheibe (27) in einer senkrecht zur Drehachse der Sperrscheibe (27) liegenden gemeinsamen Wirkebene angeordnet sind.
