Claims (17)
- Vorrichtung zum Fördern von Packungen (10) im Zusammenhang mit einer Verpackungsmaschine und zur Übergabe der Packungen (10) von einem ersten Revolver z.B. einem Faltrevolver (11) an einen zweiten Revolver z.B. einem Trockenrevolver (12), wobei die Packungen (10) in als Taschen ausgebildeten Packungshaltern (16) Aufnahme finden und mit diesen transportiert werden, wobei der erste Revolver (11) und der zweite Revolver (12) achsparallel zueinander und außerdem in axialer Richtung in versetzten Ebenen angeordnet sind, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) der erste und der zweite Revolver sind nicht konzentrisch zueinander angeordnet,b) die Taschen (16) sind Taschen eines Überführungsrevolvers (15), der achsparallel zwischen den beiden Revolvern (11, 12) angeordnet ist, wobei die Packungen (10) vom ersten Revolver (11) an die Taschen (16) des Überführungsrevolvers (15) und von diesen Taschen (16) an den zweiten Revolver (12) übergeben werden,c) die Taschen (16) des Überführungsrevolvers (15) sind während dessen Drehbewegung in achsparalleler Richtung und so längs einer schraubenförmigen Bewegungsbahn bewegbar.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Überführungsrevolver (15) kontinuierlich dreht und daß die Taschen (16) am Umfang des Überführungsrevolvers (15) in Axialrichtung verschiebbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Packungen (10) in Radial- oder Tangentialrichtung in offene Taschen (16) einführbar und mit diesen eine schraubenförmige Bewegung längs einer annähernd halbkreisförmigen Bahn ausführen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) der erste Revolver (11) einerseits und der zweite Revolver (12) andererseits sind in aufrechten, in Axialrichtung versetzten Ebenen angeordnet,b) der Übergaberevolver (15) ist derart zwischen dem ersten Revolver (11) und dem zweiten Revolver (12) positioniert, daß Bewegungsbahnen (13, 14) der Packungen (10) im Bereich des ersten Revolvers (11) einerseits und im Bereich des zweiten Revolvers (12) andererseits eine Bewegungsbahn (27) der Packungen (10) im Bereich des Überführungsrevolvers (15) berühren.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Taschen (16) des Übergaberevolvers (15) je an in achsparalleler Richtung hin- und herbewegbaren Trägern befestigt sind, insbesondere an Tragstangen (28), wobei Tragstange (28) und Tasche (16) während der Verschiebung in Axialrichtung um eine zentrale Revolverachse drehen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die achsparallele Bewegung der Packungen (10) bzw. der Taschen (16) durch mindestens eine feststehende Kurvenbahn bzw. Steuernut (30) bewirkt ist, auf der bzw. in der mit der Tasche (16) bzw. der Tragstange (28) verbundene Tastorgane, insbesondere Tastrollen (31), bei Drehung des Übergaberevolvers (15) ablaufen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragstangen (28) verschiebbar in einem gemeinsamen, mit dem Übergaberevolver (15) drehbaren Halter gelagert sind, insbesondere in einem Tragkörper (29) auf einer zentralen Revolver-Welle (33).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragstangen (28) mindestens an einem Ende abgestützt sind, vorzugsweise durch eine Stützrolle (70) mindestens an dem zur Tasche (16) benachbarten freien Ende der Tragstange (28), wobei die Stützrolle (70) auf einer feststehenden Stützbahn (71) gegen radial nach außen gerichtete Kräfte abgestützt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Tasche (16) bzw. jede Tragstange (28) mit einem Schlitten (34) verbunden ist, der auf Führungen, insbesondere Führungsstangen (35, 36) gleitend verschiebbar ist, wobei die Tastrollen (31) am Schlitten (34) angebracht sind und in die Steuernut (30) eines äußeren, topfförmigen, zylindrischen Gehäuses (32) eintreten.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsstangen (35, 36) für die Schlitten (34) am Tragkörper (29) einerseits und an einer mit Abstand parallel hierzu angeordneten Haltescheibe (37) andererseits befestigt und daß Tragkörper (29) und Haltescheibe (37) auf der Welle (33) des Übergaberevolvers (15) gelagert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Taschen (16) seitlich versetzt, nämlich radial nach außen gerichtet, an den Tragstangen (28) befestigt sind, vorzugsweise durch die Tragstangen teilweise seitlich umfassende Verbindungsstege (57).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Taschenwände (20, 21) der Taschen (16) querbewegbar, insbesondere schwenkbar gelagert sind zum Öffnen und Schließen der Taschen (16), wobei jede Taschenwand (20, 21) auf einer Drehwelle (38, 39) gelagert ist, die zum Öffnen und Schließen der Taschenwände (20, 21) durch Laufrollen (42, 43) betätigbar ist, die auf feststehenden Steuersegmenten (44, 45) im Öffnungsbereich der Taschen (16) ablaufen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Taschen (16) im Bereich der Übergabe von Packungen (10) von einem Revolver zu einem anderen Revolver ausschließlich in Drehrichtung des Übergaberevolvers (15) bewegbar sind ohne Axialverschiebung, insbesondere im Bereich der Steuersegmente (44, 45).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Taschenwände (20, 21) der Taschen (16) in Schließrichtung ständig belastet sind, insbesondere durch Federelemente bzw. durch Druckfedern (48, 49).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Taschen (16) mit deren Trägern, insbesondere den Tragstangen (28) im Bereich von nicht kreisförmigen Querschnitten, insbesondere im Bereich von Abplattungen (65), formschlüssig verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsstege (57) zur Verbindung der Taschen (16) mit den Tragstangen (28) eine vorzugsweise im Querschnitt U-förmige Ausnehmung (58) aufweisen, in die die Tragstange (28) mindestens mit einem Teilbereich des Querschnitts eintritt, wobei die Tragstange (28) mit der Abplattung (65) an einer korrespondierenden Innenfläche (66) der Ausnehmung (58) anliegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die im Querschnitt kreisförmigen Tragstangen (28) der Taschen (16) mit einem nicht kreisförmigen Endbereich, insbesondere mit einer endseitigen Abplattung (68) in den Schlitten (34) oder dergleichen für die Übertragung der hin- und hergehenden Bewegung auf die Tragstange (28) in einer dem Querschnitt der Tragstange (28) entsprechenden Bohrung (67) passend gelagert ist.
