Description
Claims (9)
- Gleisbaumaschine, die einen auf Schienenfahrwerken abgestützten Fahrzeugrahmen (18) mit endseitigen Kupplungseinrichtungen zur lösbaren Verbindung mit Gleisfahrzeugen sowie eine Einrichtung (13) zur Verbindung von Hydraulikleitungen (14) und eine mit Antrieben ausgestattete Arbeitsvorrichtung (22) zur Durchführung von Gleisbauarbeiten aufweist, gekennzeichnet durch einen über die Hydraulikleitung (14) vom Gleisfahrzeug (2) mit Energie versorgbaren und am Fahrzeugrahmen (18) befestigten Hydraulikmotor (20), der durch eine Antriebswelle mit einem Pumpenverteilergetriebe (21) sowie Hydropumpen (63) in Verbindung steht, die ihrerseits zur Beaufschlagung der verschiedenen Antriebe (26,29,32) der Arbeitsvorrichtung (22) der Gleisbaumaschine (1) vorgesehen sind, und daß im Bereich der Arbeitsvorrichtung (22) eine Arbeitskabine (39) mit einer zentralen Steuereinrichtung (40) am Fahrzeugrahmen (18) befestigt und wenigstens eine Arbeitsvorrichtung (22) aus der Gruppe: Stopfaggregat (23), Stabilisationsaggregat (60), Schotterpflug (31), Kehrbürste (42), Gleishebe-Richtaggregat (24), Schottersaugeinrichtung (54), Gleismeßsystem (25), Schwellenwechsler (61) und Schienen-Schleifeinrichtung (50) gebildet ist, und daß eine obere Begrenzungslinie (35) des Fahrzeugrahmens (18) gebildet ist, die im Bereich der Hydraulikkupplung (13) höchstens 4 m von einer Schienenoberkante (36) eines die Schienenfahrwerke (17) abstützenden Gleises (4) und am gegenüberliegenden Ende (37) des Fahrzeugrahmens (18) höchstens 3 m von der Schienenoberkante (36) distanziert ist.
- Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Arbeitsvorrichtung (22) ein Stopfaggregat (23) und ein Gleishebe-Richtaggregat (24) zwischen den beiden Schienenfahrwerken (17) am Fahrzeugrahmen (18) angeordnet sind und daß ein Gleismeßsystem (25) zur Erfassung der Gleislage vorgesehen ist.
- Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Anordnung der Arbeitsvorrichtungen (22) in Richtung von der Hydraulikkupplung (13) zum gegenüberliegenden Ende (37) des Fahrzeugrahmens (18): der Mittelpflug (33) vor dem vorderen Schienenfahrwerk (17), die beiden Flankenpflüge (34) unmittelbar hinter dem vorderen Schienenfahrwerk (17) bzw. vor der Arbeitskabine (39), das Gleishebe-Richtaggregat (24) und das Stopfaggregat (23) zwischen Arbeitskabine (39) und hinterem Schienenfahrwerk (17) und die höhenverstell- und rotierbare Kehrbürste (42) unmittelbar nach dem hinteren Schienenfahrwerk (17).
- Fahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 oder 3, gekennzeichnet durch eine Schottersaugeinrichtung (54) mit einer über ein flexibles Saugrohr (57) mit einer Vakuumeinrichtung (58) verbundenen Saugdüse (56).
- Fahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Arbeitsvorrichtung (22) ein Stopfaggregat (23) und ein Gleishebe-Richtaggregat (24) zwischen den beiden Schienenfahrwerken (17) am Fahrzeugrahmen (18) angeordnet sind und daß ein Gleismeßsystem (25) zur Erfassung der Gleislage vorgesehen ist.
- Fahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Schotterpflug (31) zwei in Fahrzeugquerrichtung voneinander distanzierte, durch Antriebe (32) quer- und höhenverstellbare Flankenpflüge (34) vorgesehen sind.
- Fahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Schotterpflug (31) ein zur Bearbeitung des Gleisbereiches vorgesehener, durch Antriebe (32) höhenverstellbarer Mittelpflug (33) vorgesehen ist.
- Fahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Anordnung der Arbeitsvorrichtungen (22) in Richtung von der Hydraulikkupplung (13) zum gegenüberliegenden Ende (37) des Fahrzeugrahmens (18): der Mittelpflug (33) vor dem vorderen Schienenfahrwerk (17), die beiden Fiankenpflüge (34) unmittelbar hinter dem vorderen Schienenfahrwerk (17) bzw. vor der Arbeitskabine (39), das Gleishebe-Richtaggregat (24) und das Stopfaggregat (23) zwischen Arbeitskabine (39) und hinterem Schienenfahrwerk (17) und die höhenverstell- und rotierbare Kehrbürste (42) unmittelbar nach dem hinteren Schienenfahrwerk (17).
- Fahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, gekennzeichnet durch eine Schottersaugeinrichtung (54) mit einer über ein flexibles Saugrohr (57) mit einer Vakuumeinrichtung (58) verbundenen Saugdüse (56).
