- A track maintenance machine comprising a vehicle frame (18) supported on on-track undercarriages, with coupling devices provided at the ends for the detachable connection to track vehicles, as well as a device (13) for connection of hydraulic leads (14) and a working device (22), equipped with drives, for implementing track maintenance operations, characterized by a hydraulic motor (20), fastened to the vehicle frame (18), which may be supplied with energy from the track vehicle (2) by way of the hydraulic lead (14) and which is connected by a driving shaft to a pump distributor gearbox (21) and hydraulic pumps (63) which for their part are provided for actuating the various drives (26,29,32) of the working device (22) of the track maintenance machine (1), and in that, in the area of the working device (22), an operator's cabin (39) with a central control unit (40) is fastened to the vehicle frame (18), and at least one working device (22) is formed from the group: tamping unit (23), stabilizer unit (60), ballast plough (31), sweeping broom (42), track lifting-lining unit (24), ballast suction device (54), track measuring system (25), sleeper exchanger (61) and rail grinding device (50). and in that an upper boundary line (35) of the vehicle frame (18) is formed which, in the vicinity of the hydraulic coupling (13), is a maximum of 4 m away from the top (36) of a rail of a track (4) supporting the on-track undercarriages (17) and a maximum of 3 m away from the top (36) of the rail at the opposite end (37) of the vehicle frame (18).
- A vehicle according to claim 1, characterized in that as the working device (22), a tamping unit (23) and a track lifting-lining unit (24) are arranged on the vehicle frame (18) between the two on-track undercarriages (17), and in that a track measuring system (25) is provided to determine the track geometry.
- A vehicle according to claim 1 or 2, characterized by the following arrangement of the working devices (22) in the direction from the hydraulic coupling (13) to the opposite end (37) of the vehicle frame (18): the centre plough (33) preceding the front on-track undercarriage (17), the two shoulder ploughs (34) immediately following the front on-track undercarriage (17) and preceding the operator's cabin (39), the track lifting-lining unit (24) and the tamping unit (23) between the operator's cabin (39) and the rear on-track undercarriage (17), and the vertically adjustable and rotatable sweeping broom (42) immediately following the rear on-track undercarriage (17).
- A vehicle according to one of claims 1, 2 or 3, characterized by a ballast suction device (54) with a suction nozzle (56) connected by means of a flexible suction pipe (57) to a vacuum device (58).
- A vehicle according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that as the working device (22), a tamping unit (23) and a track lifting-lining unit (24) are arranged on the vehicle frame (18) between the two on-track undercarriages (17), and in that a track measuring system (25) is provided to determine the track geometry.
- A vehicle according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that two shoulder ploughs (34) which are spaced apart from each other in the transverse direction of the vehicle and are transversely and vertically adjustable by means of drives (32) are provided as the ballast plough (31).
- A vehicle according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that a centre plough (33) which is provided for treating the track region and is vertically adjustable by means of drives (32) is provided as the ballast plough (31).
- A vehicle according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized by the following arrangement of the working devices (22) in the direction from the hydraulic coupling (13) to the opposite end (37) of the vehicle frame (18): the centre plough (33) preceding the front on-track undercarriage (17). the two shoulder ploughs (34) immediately following the front on-track undercarriage (17) and preceding the operator's cabin (39), the track lifting-lining unit (24) and the tamping unit (23) between the operator's cabin (39) and the rear on-track undercarriage (17), and the vertically adjustable and rotatable sweeping broom (42) immediately following the rear on-track undercarriage (17).
