Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung für die Bestimmung eines Frankierwertes für die Einstellung einer Frankiermaschine mit
einem Datenverarbeitungssystem (Computer) (9),
mindestens einer Speichereinheit (12, 13, 14) für ein Datenverarbeitungsprogramm und für ein Posttarifsystem,
einer Eingabevorrichtung (4) für die Eingabe von Informationen,
einer in der Nähe der Eingabevorrichtung (4) angeordneten Anzeigeeinrichtung (16) für die Anzeige zumindest eines aufgrund dieser Eingaben bestimmten Frankierwertes,
wobei die Eingabevorrichtung (4) eine durchsichtige, die Anzeigeeinrichtung (16) überdeckende, auf jeweils eine örtlich begrenzte manuelle Berührung ansprechende Eingabeplatte aufweist, zur Erzeugung von Eingabesignalen, die eine entsprechende örtliche Definition der Berührungsstelle beinhalten,
wobei die Anzahl, Anordnung und Funktion von veränderlich definierbaren Eingabefeldern (19, 27) der Eingabeplatte und deren entsprechende und entsprechend angeordnete graphische Darstellungen auf der Anzeigeeinrichtung (16) durch das Datenverarbeitungsprogramm gesteuert sind, aufgrund von Eingabeinformationen veränderbar sind und einem Satz von Menüs entsprechen,
wobei auf Eingabefeldern (19) der Menüs das Versandziel und die Versandart betreffende Informationen eingebbar sind und das Datenverarbeitungsprogramm aufgrund dieser Eingaben den Frankierwert berechnet,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Satz von Menüs ein zehnertastaturartige Eingabefelder (19) für einen Frankierwert aufweisendes Menü (Fig. 10), ein Frankierwertbeträgen entsprechende Eingabefelder (19) aufweisendes Menü (Fig. 9), ein zehnertastaturartige Eingabefelder (19) für einen Gewichtswert aufweisendes Menü (Fig. 17) und ein Gewichtsstufen entsprechende Eingabefelder (19) aufweisendes Menü (Fig. 16) vorgesehen ist,
daß eines der zur Eingabe der Informationen für die Berechnung des Frankierwertes dienenden Menüs (Fig. 11) ein Eingabefeld (27) aufweist, durch dessen Betätigung ein Wechsel in das zehnertastaturartige Eingabefelder für einen Frankierwert aufweisende Menü (Fig. 10) oder in das Frankierwertbeträgen entsprechende Eingabefelder (19) aufweisende Menü (Fig. 9) erfolgt,
und daß das zehnertastaturartige Eingabefelder (19) für einen Gewichtswert aufweisende Menü (Fig. 17) sowie das Gewichtsstufen entsprechende Eingabefelder (19) aufweisende Menü (Fig. 16) jeweils mit einem Eingabefeld (19) versehen ist, durch dessen Betätigung ein Wechsel zwischen diesen beiden Menüs (Fig. 16, Fig. 17) erfolgt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie für die Steuerung der Frankierwerteinstellung einer Frankiermaschine einen Interface-Anschlußstecker für die Verbindung mit der Frankiermaschine aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Einrichtung zur automatischen Änderung des Inhalts der Speichereinheit für das Posttarifsystem von außerhalb der Vorrichtung aufweist, wobei die Änderung durch ein über eine Steckverbindung anschließbares Tarifladegerät oder drahtlos eingebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anzeigeeinrichtung (16) zusätzlich zu den Eingabefeldern (19) auch die auf dem Versandartikel herzustellende graphische Darstellung (27) wiedergibt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auch der Bereich der Eingabeplatte, der durch die Wiedergabe der herzustellenden graphischen Darstellung (27) auf der Anzeigeeinrichtung definiert ist, als Eingabefeld wirksam ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Menü (Fig. 9, Fig. 12, Fig. 13, Fig. 15, Fig. 16) durch ein Eingabefeld ("nächste Seite") auf ein oder mehrere gleichartige Menüs veränderbar ist, so daß diese für eine dem jeweiligen Menü entsprechende gleichartige zusätzliche Eingabe zusätzliche Eingabefelder (19) zur Verfügung stellen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Menü (Fig. 9-11) ein Eingabefeld ("SYSTEM SETUP") für den Aufruf eines Menüs ("SYSTEM SETUP") für die Eingabe von Informationen betreffend funktionelle Gnrndeinstellungen der Vorrichtung ("Klischeewechsel", "Datum einstellen", "Höchstwert", "Kostenstelle" ...) und betreffend die selbsttätige Einstellung eines der Menüs (Fig. 9-11) aufweist.
- Frankiermaschine mit einer Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung für die Bestimmung eines Frankierwertes Bestandteil der Frankiermaschine ist, indem sie im Gehäuse der Frankiermaschine eingeschlossen ist und ihre Eingabeeinrichtung fensterartig in einem Wandausschnitt des Gehäuses angeordnet ist.
