Metallrohren, Metallmasten o.ä., bewirken, so daß für die Teile mit der Zeit die Gefahr der frühzeitigen Zerstörung besteht.
Claims (14)
- Schienengleis mit folgenden Merkmalen:eine Gleisunterkonstruktion (2);zwei Schienen (10), die einen Schienenkopf (11), einen Schienensteg (12) und einen Schienenfuß (13) unter Bildung von Schienenkammern (14) aufweisen und mittels Schienenfuß-Befestigungseinrichtungen (20), welche einen Klemmkopf (21) und eine Verankerung (25) aufweisen, in vorgesehenem Abstand voneinander an der Gleisunterkonstruktion (2) befestigt sind, und Schienenkammern-Ausfülleinrichtungen, die stangenartige Füllkörper (32) enthalten und eine Breite aufweisen, mit der sie bis zu den Schienenfuß-Befestigungseinrichtungen (20) reichen, und eine Höhe besitzen, die wenigstens bis unterhalb der Schienenköpfe (11) reicht, wobei die Füllkörper (32) an ihrer der Kammer (14) abgewandten Seite jeweils eine oder mehrere unten offene Aussparungen (31, 31a) besitzen, die Hohlräume zur Aufnahme der Köpfe (21) der betreffenden Befestigungseinrichtungen (20) bilden, und die Schienenkammer-Ausfülleinrichtungen mit Abdeckhauben (33) ausgebildet sind, die mit jeweils einem zugehörigen Füllkörper (32) verbunden sind und jeweils einen Stützfuß (37) zur Abstützung an der Gleisunterkonstruktionktion (2) aufweisen,
daß die Schienenkammern-Ausfülleinrichtungen von in Schienenlängsrichtung ausgerichteten, balkenartigen Formteilen (30) gebildet werden, die an jeweils einer Seite gemäß der Kontur der Schiene (10) angepaßt sind, um die jeweilige Schienenkammer (14) auszufüllen, und die im wesentlichen aus zerkleinertem Altgummi mit Polyurethanbindung bestehen und von sich aus neben den Schienen (10) eine fortlaufende Bahn zum Befahren durch ein bereiftes Straßenfahrzeug mit genügender Tragfähigkeit bilden, wobei die offene Bauweise oder eine solche mit fester Fahrbahn bzw. mit einer Wachstumsschicht (7, 9) zwischen sich gegenüberstehenden balkenartigen Formteilen (30) bei dem Schienengleis angewendet werden kann. - Schienengleis nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die balkenartigen Formteile (30) integral ausgebildet sind. - Schienengleis nach Anspruch 2.
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Längsrichtung benachbarte balkenartige Formteile (30) über Falz- oder Nut-Feder-Ausbildungen miteinander verbunden sind. - Schienengleis nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die balkenartigen Formteile (30) in den Schienenkammern (14) verklebbar sind. - Schienengleis nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die unten offenen Aussparungen (31) der balkenartigen Formteile (30) jeweils eine Abmessung von mindestens 25 cm Länge, 5,5 cm Höhe und eine Breite von 7 cm bzw. 11 cm am Dach bzw. am Boden der Aussparung (31) aufweisen. - Schienengleis nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die unten offenen Aussparungen (31) eine länglich ovale Form aufweisen. - Schienengleis nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die balkenartigen Formteile aus einem Füllkörper (32) und einer Abdeckhaube (33) zusammengesetzt sind, wobei die Verbindung zwischen Füllkörper (32) und Abdeckhaube (33) über eine Falz- oder Feder-Nut-Ausbildung zum Eingriff in entsprechende Ausbildungen am Füllkörper erfolgt. - Schienengleis nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gleisunterkonstruktion (2) Schwellen (6) umfaßt und daß die Länge der balkenartigen Formteile (30) zwei Schwellenteilungen entspricht. - Schienengleis nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Fall, daß das Gleis Spurstangen (3) umfaßt, die Länge der balkenartigen Formteile (30) dem Abstand der Spurstangen (3) voneinander entspricht. - Schienengleis nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
daurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Schienenfuß (13) und Gleisunterkonstruktion (2) eine Schwingungsdämpfungsschicht aus einem örtlich zusammenpreßbaren Material vorgesehen ist. - Schienengleis nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schienenfuß-Befestigungseinrichtungen (20) einen Verbundanker (25) in einem elektrisch isolierenden Dübel (26) umfassen, und daß der Befestigungskopf (21) durch elektrisch isolierende Zwischenschichten (22, 23, 29) von dem Schienenfuß (13) und der Unterkonstruktion (6) getrennt ist. - Schienengleis nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei den Schienen (10) um Vignol-Schienen handelt. - Schienengleis nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei den Schienen um Straßenbahn-Spurrillenschienen handelt. - Schienengleis nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
gekennzeichnet durch eine Schicht (9) mit Grasbewuchs.
