Definitions

  • the invention relates to a sliver feed device for a OE spinning machine, with a feed cylinder and one against Feed cylinder adjustable feed tray, the feed tray lateral, leading the sliver in the area of the clamping line Has webs.
  • the one formed by the feed cylinder and the feed trough Clamping area is usually much wider than that Sliver, so that it is ensured that the sliver, the is pushed into the width by the clamping, also in the Edge areas is securely clamped.
  • a fiber beard support with side webs to arrange This is supposed to be an uncontrolled Divergence of the sliver can be prevented.
  • a such fiber beard support that guides the sliver laterally, is described in DE 41 01 315 A.
  • the swivel-mounted feed trough is on the bearing axis ensures that the food trough automatically in their Operating position swings in and safe during operation rests on the conveyor belt, which means that the incoming The sliver is constantly clamped securely across its entire width.
  • the Cleaning devices on the end faces of the conveyor belt also prevent fibers, dust, etc., between the Web of the food trough and the end faces of the conveyor belt can discontinue, which in the long term causes significant disruption to the Sliver feed device and resulting from it False delays.
  • JP-A 61-113 837 in the field the sliver feed cylinder a cleaning device to provide, which is to prevent that between the Sliver feed cylinder and the wall of the Pinch open fiber or dust accumulations.
  • the circumferential in a bore open to the outside The cleaning device is designed in the shape of a cone and on the face of the overhung sliver feed cylinder arranged. The shape of the cleaning device leads to the fact that Fiber and dirt particles through the hole to the outside be promoted.
  • a corrugation is arranged on the top of the conveyor belt that spares the edge areas of the surface.
  • a corrugation is arranged on the top of the conveyor belt that spares the edge areas of the surface.
  • the corrugation consists of a Large number of individual grooves that are orthogonal to the transport direction of the sliver are arranged.
  • the bottom of the groove is at least in its outlet zones are concave.
  • the grooves are on the The circumference of the conveyor belt with an angular distance ⁇ of 3 ° up to 15 °, preferably 6 ° to 7 °.
  • the cleaning devices in the area of the end faces of the Transport collar of the feed cylinder are preferably as spirally arranged transport grooves.
  • the Spiral direction of these transport grooves is chosen so that it with the rotating in the sliver transport direction Feed cylinder a transport component in the direction of Conveyor surface result. That way ensures the fibers or contaminants that are due the between the transport bundle and the food troughs predetermined game could enter this area immediately again in the direction of the conveyor belt surface.
  • the side Webs on the food trough introducing bevels that that is, are directed against each other.
  • the width of this Introductory slopes are chosen so that they are wider than the measure of the axial play of the food tray on the corresponding bearing axis.
  • the Sliver inlet surface is either flat or in the area of Clamping point has a concave curvature.
  • one concave curvature of the sliver inlet surface is the radius of the Curvature slightly larger than the radius of the engaging Transport association.
  • Such a recessed dish offers for example the advantage that the nip of the device if necessary, by relocating the food trough, for example to front deflection edge of the feed trough can be laid.
  • the resolving unit 1 shown schematically in FIG. 1 has, as usual, one in an opening roller housing 2 revolving opening roller 3.
  • Such opening rollers have a Saw tooth or needle set (not shown) for triggering of individual fibers from the sliver 9 presented.
  • the one in (not shown) spinning cans Sliver 9 is the opening roller 3 by means of a Sliver feed device 4 continuously submitted.
  • the sliver feed device 4 consists of a in the direction ER rotating feed cylinder 5 and one against the Feed cylinder 5 adjustable feed tray 7.
  • the feed tray 7 can be pivoted on a fastening means 10 Stored feed table 6 set and together with this a bearing axis 15 pivotable.
  • the feed table 6 via a spring element 11 in the direction of the Feed cylinder 5 acted upon.
  • a sliver compressor 8 which incoming sliver 9 to a between feed cylinder 5 and Feed trough 7 formed clamping line conducts.
  • the Feed cylinder 5 a remote conveyor belt 16 on its surface 17 has a corrugation 27.
  • This Corrugation 27 consists of a variety of orthogonal to Grooves 20 arranged in a transport direction Angular distance from ⁇ 3 ° to 15 °, preferably 6 ° to 7 ° in the Surface are embedded.
  • the grooves 20 already end in Distance in front of the outer end faces 18, 19 of the Transport collar 16.
  • the groove base 28 is at least in the Outlet zones are concave.
  • the end faces 18, 19 of the transport collar 16 are each equipped with a cleaning device 21 which is designed as a spirally arranged transport groove 26.
  • the width B1 of the transport collar 16 is selected so that it can run with play B3 between the webs 24 of the U-shaped feed trough 7.
  • the feed trough 7 is connected via fastening means 10 to a feed table 6 which is pivotable and arranged with axial play D2 on a bearing axis 15 and is locked there by a fastening means 23.
  • the outer webs 24 of the feed trough 7 are equipped with insertion bevels 22 which have a width D1.
  • the lead-in bevels 22 face inwards, that is to say they face each other.
  • the feed trough 7 either a flat sliver inlet surface 25 on (Fig. 3) or the sliver inlet surface 29 is, as indicated in Fig. 4, in Area of the feed cylinder 5 is concave.
  • the radius of the trough is slightly larger than the radius of the Transport collar 16 of the feed cylinder, so that by Moving the food pan in the horizontal plane Clamp line laid between the feed cylinder and the feed trough can be.
  • the sliver feed device provides overall a functional, easy-to-use facility represents, which ensures that the opening roller during the Spinning process continuously a carefully treated, evenly clamped sliver is presented.
