Claims (7)
- Auge d'alimentation (8) pour un dispositif de défibrage des rubans de fibres d'un métier à filer à fibres libérées, comprenant une zone de serrage (11) concave coopérant avec un cylindre d'alimentation (7) des rubans de fibres, pour transporter un ruban de fibres (4) qui alimente la machine, des parois de guidage latérales pour guider le ruban de fibres (4) alimentant la machine, ainsi qu'une surface d'appui (13) courbée de façon concave pour immobiliser une mèche de fibres peignée par un cylindre défibreur (2), l'auge d'alimentation (8) pouvant pivoter autour d'un axe de pivotement (16) parallèle à l'axe de rotation du cylindre défibreur (2), caractérisée en ce que l'auge d'alimentation (8) est conçue et disposée en position de travail de telle manière qu'il se forme, au niveau d'un point de départ du peignage K, entre la surface d'appui (13) et les pointes (20) adjacentes de la garniture (3) du cylindre défibreur, une largeur de fente A comprise 0,7 et 1,5 mm, qui se réduit progressivement à une largeur de fente B ≤ 0,5 mm sur une zone angulaire W d'au moins 30° dans le sens de rotation du cylindre défibreur (2), et en ce que, dans le sens inverse au sens de rotation du cylindre défibreur (2), l'augmentation de la largeur de fente jusqu'à une zone de transition (14) entre la surface d'appui (13) et la zone de serrage (11) est essentiellement juste telle que l'on évite un contact avec les pointes des dents (20) lorsque l'auge d'alimentation (8) pivote autour de l'axe de pivotement (16) dans le sens inverse au sens de rotation du cylindre défibreur (2).
- Auge d'alimentation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'auge d'alimentation (8) présente, dans la zone de transition (14), une courbure convexe d'un rayon r ≤ 2,0 mm.
- Auge d'alimentation selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que des saillies de guidage (12) latérales pour le ruban de fibres d'alimentation (4) sont disposées dans la zone de transition (14) à courbure convexe.
- Auge d'alimentation selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que les saillies de guidage (12) latérales s'étendent uniquement sur la zone de transition (14).
- Auge d'alimentation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que, dans la zone de transition (14), la largeur de fente prend la valeur C ≤ 4 mm.
- Auge d'alimentation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'à partir du point de départ du peignage K et sur l'ensemble de la zone angulaire W, le rayon que forment les pointes (20) de la garniture (3) du cylindre défibreur correspond au rayon de courbure de la surface d'appui (13), et en ce que, pour faire passer la largeur de fente de A à B, le centre M1 pour la courbure de la surface d'appui (13) est décalé de façon correspondante par rapport au centre de rotation M du cylindre défibreur (2).
- Auge d'alimentation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'auge d'alimentation (8) est réalisée d'une seule pièce et est revêtue d'une couche anti-usure au moins dans les zones (11, 13, 14) dans lesquelles passent des fibres.
