Claims (6)
- Dispositif (1) pour enlever et transporter des tubes de filature horizontaux à un poste de livraison (8), le dispositif comprenant un récipient (3) pour les tubes de filature, un convoyeur ascendant (2) placé après ce récipient, avec des pattes d'entraînement (5) individuelles disposées sur une courroie transporteuse (4), qui présentent une inclinaison par rapport à l'horizontale vers la courroie transporteuse (4), un dispositif de déchargement pour les tubes de filature transportés en nombre excessif ainsi qu'une pluralité de tubes de filature (6), caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une zone partielle de la section de la courroie transporteuse (4) avançant vers le haut est conçue en tant que dispositif de déchargement en surplomb vers le côté du récipient (3), les pattes d'entraînement (5) présentant une surface de support (7) pour chaque tube de filature (6), cette surface présentant également dans la zone partielle en surplomb de la courroie transporteuse (4) ladite inclinaison, et possédant une distance de surplomb ne dépassant pas 2/3 environ du plus grand diamètre des tubes de filature (6).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de courroie transporteuse (4) dans son ensemble est en surplomb.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une zone partielle (4') de la section de la courroie transporteuse (4) avançant vers le haut est guidée au moyen d'organes de guidage (10, 11, 12; 20, 21) dans une trajectoire en surplomb.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les organes de guidage sont conçus en tant que tambours de guidage rotatifs (10) ou en tant que disques de guidage rotatifs (11, 12).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les organes de guidage sont conçus en tant que rails de guidage fixes (20, 21).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le surplomb est incliné suivant un angle de 10 à 20° par rapport à la verticale.
