Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Verschluss von Stellzungen in Weichen miteiner Backenschiene (10) undeiner Stellzunge (12), die durch einVerschlusselement (16) betätigt wird, wobei das Verschlusselement (16) gelenkig um eine im wesentlichen in Längsrichtung der Backenschiene verlaufende Achse schwenkbar ist und so geformt ist, dass das Verschlusselement bei geschlossener Weiche festgeklemmt ist, um eine Bewegung der Stellzunge (12) zu verhindern; undeiner Schiebereinrichtung (14), die im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Längsrichtung der Backenschiene (10) geführt wird und mit dem Verschlusselement (16) zusammenwirkt,einem Verschlussstück (22), das an der Backenschiene (10) befestigt ist, wobeidas Verschlussstück (22) achssymmetrisch zur vertikalen Achse in Einbaulage ausgebildet ist,das Verschlussstück (22) von dem Verschlusselement (16) und von der Schieberstange (14) durchsetzt ist, undBefestigungsbohrungen des Verschlussstückes (22) so angeordnet sind, dass das Verschlussstück auf beiden Seiten der Backenschiene (10) befestigbar ist;die Schiebereinrichtung eine Schieberstange (14) ist, die auf mindestens einem Rollkörper (20) geführt wird, der in vertikalem definierten Abstand in Bezug zur horizontalen Ebene der Unterseite der Backenschiene (10) am Verschlussstück angeordnet ist; unddas Verschlusselement (16) eine U-förmige Ausnehmung besitzt, in der die Schieberstange (14) geführt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Verschluss in Stellzungen in Weichen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschlusselement (16) mit der Schieberstange (14) in Kontakt steht und auf dieser gleitend geführt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Verschluss von Stellzungen in Weichen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rollkörper (20) eine zylindrische Rolle ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Verschluss von Stellzungen in Weichen nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand der Rotationsachse der Rolle (20) zur Backenschiene (10) verstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Verschluss von Stellzungen in Weichen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Rotationswelle (24) des Rollkörpers (20) im Verschlussstück (22) geführt ist; und die Rotationswelle (24) und der Rollkörper (20) aus nichtrostendem Stahl sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Verschluss von Stellzungen in Weichen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stellzunge (12) mit einem Zungenkloben (18) verbunden ist, an dem das Verschlusselement (16) schwenkbar befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Verschluss von Stellzungen in Weichen nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zungenkloben (18) von einem Bolzen (26) durchsetzt ist, um den das Verschlusselement (16) schwenkbar ist, wobei der Bolzen (26) von einer Gummi-Metallbuchse (28) im Verschlusselement (16) umgeben ist oder der Bolzen (26) abschnittsweise exzentrisch ausgeführt ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Verschluss von Stellzungen in Weichen nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Lage der Stellzunge (12) relativ zur Lage des Zungenklobens (18) verstellbar ist, unddie Lage der Stellzunge (12) relativ zur Lage des Zungenklobens (18) durch eine Exzenter-Spannbuchse (42) verstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Verschluss von Stellzungen in Weichen nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschlussstück (22), der Zungenkloben (18) sowie das Verschlusselement (16) Schmiedeteile sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Verschluss von Stellzungen in Weichen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schieberstange (14) sowie das Verschlusselement (16) in den Bereichen, in denen sie sich in gegenseitigem Kontakt befinden oder in Kontakt zum Rollkörper (20) treten, eine geeignete Beschichtung, vorzugsweise eine Molybdänbeschichtung, aufweisen.
