Claims (33)
- Anordnung (10) zur Endlagensicherung mit überprüfbarer Endlage einer ersten zu einer ortsfesten zweiten Schiene (12) wie Backenschiene verstellbaren Schiene (14) wie Zungenschiene, wobei die erste Schiene über zumindest ein Mitnahmeelement (26, 28) zumindest mit einem von einem Federelement (105, 106) druckbeaufschlagten zu einem um eine ortsfeste erste Achse (96, 98) drehbaren Führungselement (92, 94) verschiebbaren Halteelement (88, 90) in Wirkverbindung steht, das seinerseits die erste Schiene in ihrer jeweiligen Endlagenstellung unterstützt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ortsfest zu der ortsfesten ersten Achse (96, 98) des Führungs- und Halteelementes (88, 90, 92, 94) ein Hebelelement (74) um eine zweite Achse (72) schwenkbar gelagert ist, das mit dem Halteelement (88, 90) verbunden ist und mit dem zumindest einen von der verstellbaren ersten Schiene (14) ausgehenden Mitnahmeelement (26, 28) derart wechselwirkt, dass in der jeweiligen Endstellung der ersten Schiene das Halteelement derart kraflbeaufschlagt ist, dass die jeweilige Endlagenstellung unterstützt und überprüfbar ist, wobei das Hebelelement (74) mit dem Halteelement (88, 90) über ein gelenkig mit dem Hebelelement verbundenen Gelenkelement (84) über eine dritte Achse (86) gelenkig verbunden ist, die parallel zu der ersten und zweiten Achse (96, 98; 72) verläuft. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass von der verstellbaren ersten Schiene (14) zwei Mitnahmeelemente (26, 28) ausgehen, wobei jeweils in einer Endstellung der ersten Schiene (14) das Hebelelement (74) kraftschlüssig auf eines der Mitnahmeelemente zu dessen Positionssicherung einwirkt. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hebelelement (74) ein zweiarmiges Element ist, wobei in gegenüberliegenden Seiten zu seiner Schwenkachse (72) jeweils ein an jeweils einem Mitnahmeelement (26, 28) entlanggleitendes Gleitelement (78, 80) wie Rolle vorgesehen ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleitelemente (78, 80) im jeweiligen Endbereich eines geraden Schenkels bzw. Schenkelabschnittes des Hebelelementes (74) angeordnet sind. - Anordnung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hebelelement (74) eine L-förmige Geometrie aufweist, wobei dessen Schenkel insbesondere einen stumpfen Winkel einschließen. - Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei jeweils in einer der Endstellungen befindlichen ersten Schiene (14) eines der Gleitelemente (78; 80) mit einem der Mitnahmeelemente (26; 28) wechselwirkt und das andere Gleitelement (80; 78) in Ausgriff mit dem anderen Mitnahmeelement (28; 26) ist. - Anordnung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in jeder der Endstellungen der ersten Schiene (14) das Halteelement (88, 90) in gleicher Richtung, insbesondere in Richtung der ersten Schiene federkraftbeaufschlagt ist. - Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 3,4 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mitnahmeelement (26,28) in seiner mit dem Gleitelement (78, 80) des Hebelelementes (74) wechselwirkenden Fläche (38, 40) eine Ausnehmung (54, 56) aufweist, in der das Gleitelement in einer der Endstellungen der ersten Schiene (14) eingreift. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 8
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehrnung (54, 56), in der das Gleitelement (78, 80) des Hebelelementes (74) in einer der Endstellungen der ersten Schiene (14) eingreift, im Bereich zweier vorzugsweise sich senkrecht schneidender Flächen des Mitnahmeelementes (26, 28) verläuft. - Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 3, 4, 6, 8 oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den mit der ersten Schiene (14) verbundenen Mitnahmeelementen (26, 28) das Hebelelement (74) angeordnet ist, dessen Gleitelemente (78, 80) entlang einander zugewandter Flächen (47, 51) der Mitnahmeelemente gleiten wie abrollen. - Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mit den Gleitelementen (78, 80) wechselwirkenden Flächen (47, 51) der Abschnitte (46, 48, 50, 52) parallel sowohl zueinander als auch zum Verschiebeweg der Mitnahmeelemente (26, 28) verlaufen. - Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 oder 12,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anordnung (10) zwei vorzugsweise als Führungsrohre ausgebildete Führungselemente (92, 94) umfasst, die um jeweils die ortsfeste parallel zueinander verlaufende erste Achse (96, 98) schwenkbar sind, dass sich bereichsweise innerhalb des Führungselementes oder dieses teilweise umgebend das axial zu diesem verschiebbare einen Gegenhalter bildende Halteelement (88, 90) erstreckt, dass jedes Halteelement gegenüber dem Führungselement mittels des vorzugsweise dieses umgebenden Federelementes wie Druckfeder (105, 106) federvorgespannt ist, und dass die Halteelemente endseitig um die gemeinsame und parallel zu den ortsfesten ersten Achsen verlaufende dritte Achse (86) gegeneinander verschwenkbar sind, von denen das mit dem Hebelelement (74) gelenkig verbundene Gelenkelement (80) ausgeht. - Anordnung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Halteelemente (88, 90) verbindende dritte Achse (86) entlang einer Geraden verstellbar ist, die parallel oder in etwa parallel zum Verschiebeweg des bzw. der Mitnahmeelemente (26, 28) verläuft. - Anordnung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die jeweiligen zusammenwirkenden Führungs- und Halteelemente (88, 92, 90, 94) symmetrisch zu der Geraden verlaufen, die parallel oder in etwa parallel zum Verschiebeweg verläuft. - Anordnung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unabhängig von der Stellung der ersten Schiene (14) die die Halteelemente (88, 90) durchsetzende dritte Achse (86) stets auf einer Seite einer die ortsfesten ersten Achsen (96, 98) verbindenden Gerade verläuft. - Anordnung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Halteelemente (88, 90) durchsetzende zweite Achse (86) zwischen der die ersten Achsen (96, 98) verbindende Geraden und der ersten Schiene (14) verläuft. - Anordnung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mitnahmeelement (26, 28) eine Führungswelle (32, 64) durchsetzt, entlang der das Mitnahmeelement gleitet. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 26,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungswelle (32, 34) von einer Halterung bzw. einem Gehäuse (30) ausgeht, die bzw. das insbesondere innerhalb eines Schwellenfeldes der Schienen (14) verläuft. - Anordnung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass von der ersten Schiene (14) ein Kloben ausgeht, der über ein Befestigungselement wie Gewindestange (22, 24) mit dem Mitnahmeelement (26, 28) verbunden ist. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 28,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand zwischen dem Mitnahmeelement (26, 28) und dem Kloben (18) einstellbar ist. - Anordnung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungs- und Halteelemente (88, 90, 92, 94) in einer ersten Ebene und die Mitnahmeelemente (26, 28) in einer parallel hierzu verlaufenden zweiten Ebene in der Halterung bzw. dem Gehäuse (30) angeordnet sind. - Anordnung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mitnahmeelement (26, 28) eine Quaderform mit in senkrecht zu den Achsen (96, 98, 72, 86) verlaufender Ebene vorzugsweise L- bzw. T-förmiger Geometrie aufweist. - Anordnung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gelenkelement (80) zwei Drehachsen (86, 87) aufweist, von denen eine erste Drehachse die das Halteelement (88, 90) durchsetzende dritte Achse (86) ist und die zweite Drehachse einen Schenkelabschnitt (82) des Hebelelementes (74) durchsetzt, und dass das Gelenkelement ein Platten- bzw. Laschenelement umfasst, das in seinem hebelelementseitigen Randbereich eine Ausnehmung (85) aufweist, in der das dieser naheliegende Gleitelement (76) des Hebelelements (74) bei einer der Endstellungen der ersten Schiene (14) eingreift, wobei gleichzeitig das andere Gleitelement (78) in die der anliegenden Position entsprechenden Endstellung zugeordnete Ausnehmung (54) eines der Mitnahmeelemente (26) eingreift, wobei die die zweite Achse (72) badende Drehachse des Hebelelementes zwischen der dritten Achse (86) des Halteelementes (88, 90) und der zweiten Drehachse (87) des Gelenkelementes (84) verläuft. - Anordnung (10) zur Endlagensicherung und-überprüfung einer ersten zu einer ortsfesten zweiten Schiene (12) wie Backenschiene verstellbaren Schiene (14) wie Zungenschiene, wobei die erste Schiene zumindest mit einem von einem Federelement (105, 106) druckbeaufschlagten Halteelement (88, 90) in Wirkverbindung steht, das seinerseits die erste Schiene in ihrer jeweiligen Endlagenstellung unterstützt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ortsfest zu der ortsfesten ersten Achse (96, 98) des Führungs- und Halteelementes (88, 90, 92, 94) ein Hebelelement (74) um eine zweite Achse (72) schwenkbar gelagert ist, das mit dem Halteelement (88, 90) verbunden ist und mit zumindest einem von der verstellbaren ersten Schiene (14) ausgehenden Mitnahmeelement (26, 28) derart wechselwirkt, dass in der jeweiligen Endstellung der ersten Schiene das Halteelement derart kraftbeaufschlagt ist, dass die jeweilige Endlagenstellung unterstützt ist und zu deren Überprüfung dem Mitnahmeelement zumindest ein Schaltelement (58, 60) zugeordnet ist, über das ein Schaltsignal dann erzeugbar ist, wenn sich die Schiene in einer Endstellung befindet.
