  24. Dispositif selon au moins une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    indépendamment de la position du premier rail (14), la troisième axe (86) qui traverse les éléments de maintien (88, 90) est toujours situé sur un côté d'une droite reliant les premiers axes fixes (96, 98).
  25. Dispositif au moins une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le deuxième axe (86) traversant les éléments de maintien (88, 90) se trouve entre la droite reliant les premiers axes (96, 98) et le premier rail (14).
  26. Dispositif selon au moins une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément d'entraínement (26, 28) est traversé par un arbre de guidage (32, 64) le long duquel il glisse.
  27. Dispositif selon la revendication 26,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'arbre de guidage (32, 34) part d'un support ou d'un boítier (30) qui se trouve en particulier dans l'espace séparant deux traverses portant le rail (14).
  28. Dispositif selon au moins une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    du premier rail (14) part un étau qui est relié à l'élément d'entraínement (26, 28) par un élément de fixation tel qu'une tige filetée (22, 24).
  29. Dispositif selon la revendication 28,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la distance entre l'élément d'entraínement (26, 28) et l'étau (18) est réglable.
  30. Dispositif selon au moins une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les éléments de guidage et de maintien (88, 90, 92, 94) se trouvent dans un premier plan et les éléments d'entraínement (26, 28) se trouvent dans un second plan parallèle au premier dans le support ou le boítier (30).
  31. Dispositif selon au moins un des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément d'entraínement (26, 28) est de forme parallélépipédique et, dans un plan perpendiculaire aux axes (96, 98, 72, 86) a la forme d'un L ou d'un T.
  32. Dispositif selon au moins un des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément d'articulation (84) présente deux axes de rotation (86, 87) dont l'un est le troisième axe (86) traversant l'élément de maintien (88, 90) tandis que l'autre axe (87) traverse une branche (82) du levier (74),
    l'élément d'articulation comprend une plaque ou une patte qui dans son bord situé vers le levier présente un évidement (85) dans lequel est engagé, quand le premier rail (14) occupe une de ses positions finales, l'élément de glissement proche (76) du levier (74) tandis que l'autre élément de glissement (78) est engagé dans l'évidement (54), associé à la position finale correspondant à la position en contact, d'un des éléments d'entraínement (26), l'axe du levier constituant le deuxième axe (72) se trouvant entre le troisième axe (86) de l'élément de maintien (88, 90) et le deuxième axe (87) de l'élément d'articulation (84).

Dispositif pour bloquer dans une position finale qui peut être contrôlée un premier rail (14) tel qu'une aiguille pouvant se déplacer par rapport à un second rail fixe (12) tel qu'une contre aiguille, le premier rail étant en interaction au moins avec un élément de maintien (88, 90) soumis à la pression d'un élément élastique (105, 106) et soutenant de son côté le premier rail dans chacune de ses positions finales,
    caractérisé en ce que
    sur un deuxième axe (72), fixe par rapport au premier axe fixe (96, 98) de l'élément de guidage et de maintien (88, 90, 92, 94) est monté pivotant un levier (74) qui est relié à l'élément de maintien (88, 90) et en interaction avec au moins un élément d'entraínement (26, 28) partant du premier rail mobile (14) de sorte que dans chaque position finale du premier rail l'élément de maintien est soumis à une force de manière que cette position finale est soutenue et que, pour la contrôler, à l'élément d'entraínement est associé au moins un élément de commutation (58, 60) qui produit un signal quand le rail occupe une position finale.
