Claims (16)
- Hubtisch mit folgenden Merkmalen:ein Bodenrahmen (1),eine Tischplatte (2),eine Parallelführung für die Tischplatte,eine Hubvorrichtung, um den Bodenrahmen (1) und die Tischplatte (2) gegeneinander zu bewegen;die Hubeinrichtung weist wenigstens ein kreissegmentförmiges Hubglied (9) auf, welches entlang eines Bogens (9a) mit Antriebsausbildungen (12) versehen ist;ein Antrieb (13) zum Antreiben des mindestens einen Hubgliedes (9),gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:Führungsmittel (10a,10b; 11a,11b) sind entlang einer bogenförmigen Führungsbahn (9a) entsprechend dem Bogen des mindestens einen Hubgliedes (9) angeordnet und am Bodenrahmen (1) oder am Hubglied (9) angebracht, so daß das mindestens eine Hubglied (9) entlang der zugehörigen Führungsbahn (9a) beweglich angeordnet ist;das mindestens eine Hubglied (9) ist durch den Antrieb (13) entlang dieser Führungsbahn (9a) in gewünschte Positionen verschiebbar;das mindestens eine Hubglied (9) stützt sich einerseits mit seinen Antriebsausbildungen (12) am Antrieb (13) ab und stützt andererseits die Tischplatte (2) mittelbar oder unmittelbar ab, um aufruhende Lasten zu tragen oder zu heben.
- Hubtisch nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsmittel (10a, 10b, 11a, 11b) wenigstens zwei Rollen- oder Walzenpaare umfassen. - Hubtisch nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsmittel (10a, 10b; 11a, 11b) kreissegmentförmige Schienen entsprechend dem Bogen des mindestens einen Hubgliedes (9) umfassen, und daß am Hubglied (9) Rollen oder Walzen angeordnet sind, die mit den Schienen zusammenarbeiten. - Hubtisch nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsmittel (10a, 10b; 11a, 11b) als Bogenführung mit je einer Mehrzahl von Rollen oder Kugeln ausgebildet sind. - Hubtisch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb (13) ein Ritzel umfaßt, das in die Antriebsausbildungen des mindestens einen bogenförmigen Hubgliedes (9) eingreift. - Hubtisch nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsausbildungen eine Verzahnung (12) darstellen. - Hubtisch nach einem der Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsausbildungen eine Kette oder eine Triebstockverzahnung darstellen. - Hubtisch nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kette mit Führungsrollen um das Ritzel als Kettenrad umgelenkt ist und am Anfang und Ende des mindestens einen Hubgliedes (9) befestigt ist. - Hubtisch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb des mindestens einen Hubgliedes (9) einen Linearbetätiger (Hydraulikzylinder, Gewindespindel) umfaßt. - Hubtisch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Parallelführung der Tischplatte (2) eine Schere (3) darstellt. - Hubtisch nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Scherenglied (3a) der Schere eine Längsführung (15) aufweist, in der ein an das wenigstens eine Hubglied (9) befestigtes Eingriffselement (14) eingreift, um die Schere (3) anzutreiben. - Hubtisch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das oder die Hubglieder (9) nur an einer Seite der Schere (3) angeordnet sind, nämlich an der Seite, bei der die Scherenglieder (3a,3b) schwenkbar am Bodenrahmen (1), bzw. an der Tischplatte (2) befestigt sind. - Hubtisch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Parallelführung der Tischplatte (2) durch wenigstens zwei Hubglieder (9) gebildet wird, die jeweils entlang zugeordneter bogenförmigenr Führungsbahnen (9a) gegenläufig antreibbar sind und an einem ihrer Enden jeweils ein Eingriff-Führungsselement (14) aufweisen, die in entsprechende Längsführungen (25) der Tischplatte (2) eingreifen, um die Tischplatte (2) anzutreiben. - Hubtisch nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die oberen Enden der Hubglieder (9) über zwei gegenläufige Zahnstangen (19) verbunden sind, die mit einem Zahnrad (20) auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten kämmen, das freilaufend an der Tischplatte (2) gelagert ist. - Hubtisch nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Tischplatte (2) eine gespannte umlaufende Kette (22) vorgesehen ist und daß die jeweilig oberen Enden der beiden Hubglieder (9) mit dem oberen bzw. dem unteren Trumm der umlaufenden Kette (22) verbunden sind. - Hubtisch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das wenigstens eine kreissegmentförmige Hubglied (9) als Fachwerkträger ausgebildet ist, wobei die Sehnenlänge des Hubgliedes (9) wenigstens ein Drittel der minimalen Länge des Bodenrahmens (1) aufweist.
