Claims (4)
- Weichenzungenrollvorrichtung mit zwei abgefederten Walzen und einem Gleitstuhl für die Fahrt der Weichenzunge, bestehend aus einem mit Haken versehenem Grundkörper, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Grundkörper mit Seitenteilen (42), einer querliegenden Unterquerwand (45), einer stirnseitigen Öffnung (44) in einer Stirnquerwand (43), in welcher Öffnung (44) eine Spannpratze (6) verankert ist, gebildet ist, und daß in der Unterquerwand (45) eine Öffnung (46) vorgesehen ist, in der eine Elastischstütze (8) eingeschraubt ist, an der das freie Ende eines an einem Schwingunghebelbolzen (9) zwischen den Seitenteilen (42) des Grundkörpers (4) gelagerten Schwingunghebels (5) abgestützt ist, wobei der Schwingunghebel (5) mittels Bolzen (11) die beiden abgefederten Walzen (10, 101) trägt, von welchen eine erste Walze (10) oberhalb der Elastischstütze (8) und eine zweite Walze (101) zwischen dem Schwingunghebelbolzen (9) des Schwingunghebels (5) und der ersten Walze (10) angeordnet ist, wobei die Weichenzungenrollvorrichtung durch zwei Endstellungen der Zungenschienen definiert ist und in der ersten Stellung zur Zungenstütze (1) die Weichenzunge an einer Walze und dem Gleitstuhl (3) und in der zweiten Stellung von der Zungenstütze (1) nur an der zweiten Walze abgestützt ist.
- Weichenzungenrollvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand zwischen der Innenkante (16) des Weichenzungenfußes (14) und der Oberfläche der zweiten Walze (101) in der Stellung der Weichenzunge (2) zur Zungenstütze (1) zwischen 1 bis 5 mm beträgt.
- Weichenzungenrollvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungslinie zwischen dem Schwingunghebelbolzen (9) des Schwingunghebels (5) und dem Bolzen (11) der zweiten Walze (101) über den genannten Bolzen (9, 11) gegenüber der Lotrechten, welche durch den Bolzen (9) in Richtung zur Zungenstütze (1) geht, um mindestens 15° geneigt ist.
- Weichenzungenrollvorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse des Schwingunghebelbolzens (9) des Schwingunghebels (5) in der Höhe der oberen Fläche der nicht eingedrückten Elastischstütze (8) oder darüber gelegen ist, wobei der untere Teil des freien Endes des Schwingunghebels (5) in Längsrichtung abgerundet ist.
