Bei der Herstellung der Bewehrung 22,23 für das Fundament 20 werden die Bewehrungsstäbe 22 durch eine entsprechende Anzahl der Verankerungsöffnungen 10,11 der in vorbestimmten Abständen senkrecht angeordneten, an beiden Enden mit je einem Verschlußstück 5.1 verschlossenen Hohlprofilstücke 1.1 hindurchgeführt (siehe Fig. 2).
Claims (13)
- Vorrichtung zum Verankern von Pfosten von Sicherheitsabsperrungen, insbesondere Leitplankenanordnungen für Straßen, Wege u.dgl., mit den Bewehrungsstäben eines Fundamentes, umfassend ein einen Hohlraum (4) aufweisendes Hohlprofilstück (1.1-1.7), das zwecks Einstecken eines Pfostens (17.1; 17.2) an wenigstens seinem oberen Ende offen ist und dessen im wesentlichen allseits geschlossener Holraumquerschnitt dem Querschnitt des eingesteckten Pfostens (17.1; 17.2) zwecks Halterung desselben entspricht, und das an seiner Außenseite (7) wenigstens einen Verankerungsvorsprung (9) mit mindestens einer Verankerungsöffnung (10, 11) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Hohlprofilstück (1.1-1.3) die Form eines U-, T- oder Doppel-T-Stückes mit einem Steg (3) und Schenkeln (2) hat, daß die Verankerungsvorsprünge (9) sich an der Außenseite (7) der Schenkel (2) über die Gesamtlänge des Hohlprofilstückes (1.1-1.3) erstrecken und mehrere senkrecht angeordnete Verankerungsöffnungen (10, 11) zur Aufnahme der Bewehrungsstäbe (22) des Fundamentes aufweisen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Verankerungsöffnung (10, 11) als Durchgangskanal ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Verankerungsöffnungen (10, 11) in jedem Verankerungsvorsprung (9) unterschiedliche Öffnungsweite haben. - Vorrichtung nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß jede Verankerungsöffnung (10, 11) im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Längsrichtung des Hohlprofilstücks (1.1-1.7) und damit parallel zum jeweiligen Schenkel (2) verläuft. - Vorrichtung nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Hohlprofilstück (1.3) eine strukturierte, vorzugsweise in Längsrichtung gerippte äußere Oberfläche (6, 7) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die den Hohlraum (4) begrenzende Innenwandfläche (14) des Hohlprofilstücks (1.3) und/oder die Außenfläche des Pfostens (17.2) mit Vorsprüngen (26.1 bzw. 26.2) geringer Höhe ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Vorsprünge (26.1) verformbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem vorhergehenden Anspruch,
gekennzeichnet durch wenigstens ein Verschlußstück (5.1; 5.2), das zum Verschließen des oder der offenen Enden des Hohlprofilstücks (1.1; 1.2) vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Verschlußstück (5.1; 5.2) wenigstens eine elastisch verformbare Rippe (12.1; 12.2) zur Anlage an die den Hohlraum (4) begrenzende Innenwandfläche (14) sowie einen Flansch (13) zur Anlage an die Stirnkante des Hohlprofilstücks (1.1; 1.2) umfaßt. - Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem vorhergehenden Anspruch,
gekennzeichnet durch eine am oberen Ende des Hohlprofilstücks (1.1; 1.2) zwecks Abdichtung gegenüber dem eingesteckten Pfosten (17.1; 17.2) anbringbare Dichtung (24.1; 24.2). - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Dichtung (24.1) eine in den Spalt zwischen der Innenwandfläche (14) des Hohlprofilstücks (1.1) und der Außenfläche des eingesteckten Pfostens (17.1) einfüllbare Silikonmasse und dgl. ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Dichtung (24.2) vorgefertigt ist und eine aus dem Hohlprofilstück (1.2) herausragende, nach außen abstehende Lippe (27) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem vorhergehenden Anspruch,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Pfosten (17.1; 17.2) wenigstens eine Öffnung (25) und/oder wenigstens einen Vorsprung aufweist.
