Claims (12)
- Verfahren zur Verankerung eines Spannstabes (12) in einer bewehrten Betonmasse (68) mit einem zur Auflage und Befestigung auf der Bewehrung (54) vorgesehenen Halterelement (10) mit zwei Halterteilen (16,20;28,30;38,40;48,52;70) aus Flach-, Stangen- oder Drahtmaterial, wobei zumindest ein erster Halterteil (16,28,38,40,48) eine zur Durchführung des Spannstabes (12) vorgesehene erste Öffnung (22,32,50) aufweist, deren Öffnungsweite in zumindest einer Richtung (x) so gewählt ist, dass der maximal mögliche Neigungswinkel des Spannstabes (12) einem Einbauwinkel (α) entspricht und einer der Halterteile (16,28,38,40,48) eine Auflageebene (E) bildet und der zweite Halterteil (20,30,52,70) einen in Abstand (a) zur Öffnung (22,32,50) im ersten Halterteil (16,28,38) angeordneten Anschlag zur Fixierung des Spannstabes (12) im vorgegebenen Einbauwinkel (α) aufweist, bei welchem Verfahren der die Auflageebene (E) bildende Halterteil (16,28,38,40,48) auf die Bewehrung aufgelegt und an dieser befestigt und die Betonmasse (68) aufgegossen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halterelement (10) aus einem einzigen Materialzuschnitt geformt ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der am zweiten Halterteil (20,30,52,70) angeordnete Anschlag zur Fixierung des Spannstabes (12) im vorgegebenen Einbauwinkel (α) Teil einer zweiten Öffnung (24,34,53) ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterteile parallel zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterteile im wesentlichen senkrecht zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Halterteil (70) aus dem ersten Halterteil (16) teilweise ausgestanzt und aus der Auflageebene (E) im wesentlichen rechtwinklig umgebogen ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Form der Öffnung (22,24;32,34;50,53) in den Halterteilen (16,20;28,30;48,52) sowie ggf. der gegenseitige Abstand (a) der beiden Öffnungen in den Halterteilen an das Gewinde eines in das Halterelement (10) einschraubbaren Spannstabes (12) angepasst ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein zur Aufnahme des Spannstabes (12) vorgesehenes Schutzrohr (14) die Öffnung (22,24;32,34;50,53) in den Halterteilen (16,20;28,30;48,53) durchdringt und in dieser kraftschlüssig und über den Anschlag im vorgegebenen Einbauwinkel (α) gehalten ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein hülsenförmiges Verankerungselement (56) mit einem Gewindeteil (58) für einen in diesen einsetzbaren Spannstab (12) und einem Verankerungsteil (60) mit dem Schutzrohr (14) zusammengesteckt ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem freien Ende des Schutzrohres (14) eine Verschlusskappe (62) aufgesetzt ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Inneren der Verschlusskappe (62) ein nach innen gerichteter und einem in den Gewindeteil (58) eingesetzten und das Schutzrohr (14) sowie die aufgesetzte Verschlusskappe (62) durchdringenden Spannstab (12) anliegender Dichtungsring (64) angeordnet ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschlusskappe (62) an ihrem freien Ende eine mit einem Verschlusszapfen (66) verschliessbare Öffnung aufweist.
