Claims (13)
- Armierungs-Distanzhalter zum Verlegen einer Lage von Armierungseisen gegenüber einer Schalung für die Herstellung einer Betonkonstruktion, bestehend aus einer Profilschiene (1, 38, 55) mit einem durch einen Steg (8, 41, 57) verbundenen, zum Abstützen der Profilschiene (1, 38, 55) auf der Schalung bestimmten Auflageschenkelpaar (5, 40, 56), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel (13, 14, 15, 16; 50; 59, 60) zum klemmenden Fixieren von Armierungseisen mit unterschiedlichen Durchmessern in regelmässigen Abständen vorgesehen sind.
- Armierungs-Distanzhalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profilschiene (1, 38, 55) Bohrungen (31, 54, 62), Öffnungen, Ausnehmungen oder Aussparungen zum Durchführen von Befestigungsmitteln zum Fixieren der Profilschiene (1, 38, 55) an der Schalung aufweist.
- Armierungs-Distanzhalter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profilschiene (1) ein H-förmiges Profil aufweist, welches nebst den beiden Auflageschenkeln (6, 7) zwei Tragschenkel (3, 4) aufweist, wobei sowohl die Tragschenkel (3, 4) wie auch die Auflageschenkel (6, 7) in regelmässigen Abständen mit paarweise fluchtenden Ausnehmungen (10, 11, 18, 19) zur Aufnahme der zu verlegenden Armierungseisen (21, 22, 23, 24) unter Klemmwirkung versehen sind, wobei sowohl in den Tragschenkeln (3, 4) wie auch in den Auflageschenkeln (6, 7) wechselweise grössere und kleinere Ausnehmungen (10, 11; 18, 19) vorgesehen sind und wobei die Ausnehmungen (10, 11) in den Auflageschenkeln (3, 4) gegenüber den Ausnehmungen (18, 19) in den Tragschenkeln (6, 7) unterschiedlich gestaltet und/oder unterschiedlich dimensioniert sind.
- Armierungs-Distanzhalter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils eines der an die Ausnehmungen (10, 11, 18, 19) angrenzenden Seitenteile (13, 14, 28, 29) federelastisch ausgebildet ist.
- Armierungs-Distanzhalter nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils das andere der an die Ausnehmungen (10, 11, 18, 19) angrenzenden Seitenteile (15, 16, 25, 26) als Abstützteil und Distanzhalter ausgebildet ist, welches das federelastisch ausgebildete Seitenteil (13, 14, 28, 29) überragt und die Distanz der in der Profilschiene (1) fixierten Armierungseisen gegenüber der Schalung definiert.
- Armierungs-Distanzhalter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Armierungs-Distanzhalter wechselweise um 180° um seine Längsachse (L) verdreht einsetzbar ist, wobei Abstand zwischen dem Boden der Ausnehmungen (10, 11) und der zur Auflage an der Schalung bestimmten Auflagefläche (F) der Abstützteile (25, 26) in beiden Einsatzfällen 2 bis 5 cm, vorzugsweise 3 cm beträgt.
- Armierungs-Distanzhalter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steg (8) mit Ausnehmungen (30) für den Durchfluss des Betons versehen ist und dass zwischen diesen Ausnehmungen (30) Bohrungen (31) zum Durchführen der Befestigungsmittel in den Steg (8) eingelassen sind.
- Armierungs-Distanzhalter nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mittlere Längs-Abstand zwischen gleichen Ausnehmungen (10, 10; 11, 11; 18, 18; 19, 19) 3 bis 6 cm, vorzugsweise 5 cm beträgt.
- Armierungs-Distanzhalter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nebst den Ausnehmungen (11) zum klemmenden Fixieren von Armierungseisen noch weitere Ausnehmungen (33) zur losen Aufnahme von Armierungseisen (34, 35) unterschiedlichen Durchmessers vorgesehen sind.
- Armierungs-Distanzhalter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profilschiene (38, 55) mit Bohrungen (47, 48, 58), Öffnungen, Ausnehmungen, Aussparungen, Erhebungen oder Vertiefungen zum Befestigen von Klemmelementen (50, 59, 60) versehen ist, welch letztere die Mittel zum klemmenden Fixieren von Armierungseisen bilden und in regelmässigen Abständen an der Profilschiene (38, 55) fixierbar sind.
- Armierungs-Distanzhalter nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das eine Schenkelpaar (39) in regelmässigen Abständen mit Bohrungen (47, 48) oder Ausnehmungen zum Befestigen von Klemmelementen (50) zum klemmenden Fixieren von Armierungseisen versehen ist.
- Armierungs-Distanzhalter nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profilschiene (55) auf der Oberseite in regelmässigen Abständen mit Bohrungen (58) oder Ausnehmungen zum Befestigen der Klemmelemente (59, 60) zum klemmenden Fixieren von Armierungseisen versehen ist.
- Armierungs-Distanzhalter nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profilschiene (55) U-förmig gestaltet ist mit einem durch einen Steg (57) verbundenen, zur Auflage an der Schalung bestimmten Schenkelpaar (56), wobei die Oberseite der Profilschiene (55) flach ausgebildet ist und wobei der Steg (57) mit Bohrungen (58) zum Befestigen der Klemmelemente (59, 60) versehen ist.
