Description
Claims (4)
- Stapelhubvorrichtung mit einem einen Bogenstapel (5) tragenden Stapelhubtisch (2), der durch einen Elektromotor (4) heb- und senkbar antreibbar ist und von dessen Bogenstapel (5) die jeweils obersten Bogen in einem bestimmten Takt entnehmbar und einer Bogen verarbeitenden Maschine zuführbar sind, mit einer Fühlvorrichtung (8), durch die bei Anheben des Bogenstapels und Erreichen eines bestimmten Niveaus der Bogenstapeloberfläche (10) ein oberes Niveausignal sowie bei Absinken des oberen Niveaus der Bogenstapeloberfläche (10) unter ein bestimmtes unteres Niveau ein unteres Niveausignal erzeugbar und diese Signale einer Steuereinheit zuführbar sind, durch die in Abhängigkeit von den zugeleiteten Signalen ein Ansteuersignal zum Ansteuern des Elektromotors (4) erzeugbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach Einschalten der Stapelhubvorrichtung der Stapelhubtisch (2) bis zum Auslösen eines oberen Niveausignals anhebbar und in dieser Lage haltbar ist, daß nach Auslösen des oberen Niveausignals von einem Zähler die Anzahl der vom Bogenstapel (5) entnommenen Bogen bis zum Auslösen eines unteren Niveausignals zählbar und ein entsprechendes Signal der Steuereinheit (9) zuleitbar ist, daß nach Auslösen des unteren Niveausignals sowohl der Elektromotor (4) des Stapelhubtischs (2) diesen um die Höhendifferenz zwischen dem bestimmten oberen und dem bestimmten unteren Niveau bis zum zweiten Auslösen des oberen Niveaus anhebbar ansteuerbar ist, als auch von der Steuereinheit (9) aus der Höhendifferenz zwischen dem oberen und unteren Niveau und der Anzahl der gezählten Bogen die Bogenstärke sowie aus der Bogenstärke und der Taktzeit eine Hubgeschwindigkeit ermittelbar ist, die als Ansteuergröße für den Elektromotor (4) speicherbar ist und mit der der Elektromotor (4) nach dem zweiten Auslösen des oberen Niveausignals zum zumindest annähernd kontinuierlichen Antrieb ansteuerbar ist, wobei die Bogenstapeloberfläche (10) im weiteren Betrieb weitgehend gleichmäßig in der Höhe des oberen Niveaus gehalten wird sowie ein Absinken der Bogenstapeloberfläche (10) unter das bestimmte Niveau während der Ansteuerung des Elektromotors (4) zum zumindest annähernd kontinuierlichen Antrieb durch einen Fühler erkennbar und der Elektromotor (4) den Stapelhubtisch (2) um ein bestimmtes Höhenmaß beschleunigt anhebend ansteuerbar ist.
- Stapelhubvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bestimmte Höhenmaß der Dicke der Spieße eines Hilfsstapeltisches entspricht.
- Stapelhubvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bestimmte Höhenmaß manuell eingebbar und in der Steuereinheit (9) speicherbar ist.
- Stapelhubvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Elektromotor (4) ein Gleichstrommotor oder ein frequenzgerichteter Drehstrommotor ist.
