Claims (3)
- Vorrichtung zum Spannen eines Gummi - oder Drucktuches (10) auf einem Zylinder (2) einer Rotationsdruckmaschine mit einer in einer Zylindergrube (1) angeordneten, parallel zur Zylinderachse verlaufenden drehbaren Spannspindel (14), wobei zum Sperren der Spannspindel (14) ein in Richtung "GUMMI- bzw. DRUCKTUCH ENTSPANNEN" sperrendes Sperrgetriebe (17, 72, 58, 56, 66, 67, 68, 69, 71, 61, 64, 62) vorgesehen ist und die Sperrwirkung des Sperrgetriebes (17, 72, 58, 56, 66, 67, 68, 69, 71, 61, 64, 62) wahlweise aufhebbar ist, wobei ein Antrieb (18, 19, 21, 22; 23, 24, 26, 27) für die Spannspindel (14) vorgesehen ist; der Antrieb (18, 19, 21, 22; 23, 24, 26, 27) aus mehreren, quer zu einer Rotationsachse (52) der Spannspindel (14) in einer Zylindergrube (1) angeordneten, gegen eine Vorspannkraft von Federn (23, 24, 26, 27) mittels eines Stellgliedes (47, 57) bewegbar angeordneten Zahnstangen (18, 19, 21, 22) besteht; und die Zahnstangen (18, 19, 21, 22) mit einer Verzahnung (17) am Umfang der Spannspindel (14) in Eingriff stehen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stellglied (47, 57) als Luftschlauch (47; 57) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Sperrgetriebe (56; 59, 61, 62, 63, 66, 67) eine quer zur Rotationsachse (52) der Spannspindel (14) bewegbare und mit der Spannspindel (14) in Eingriff stehende Zahnstange (58) vorgesehen ist, daß an der Zahnstange (58) ein schwenkbar angeordneter, zweiarmiger Hebel (66) mit einem als Schalthebelarm (68) ausgebildeten ersten Hebelarm (68) und einem als Klinke (69) ausgebildeten zweiten Hebelarm (69) vorgesehen ist, daß das Klinkenende (69) des Hebels (66) mit einer zylinderfesten Verzahnung (71) in Eingriff bringbar ist, daß ein verschiebbarer Bolzen (64, 61) mit dem Schalthebelarmende (68) des Hebels (66) in Eingriff bringbar angeordnet ist, um eine Schwenkbewegung des Hebels (66) zu erzeugen.
