Claims (7)
- Relais électromagnétique comportant un corps de base (1;100), au moins une tige de support (9,10;110), qui est ancrée dans une paroi du corps de base et ressort perpendiculairement de la paroi, au moins un ressort de contact (7,8;108) réalisé en un matériau en forme de bande et qui entoure partiellement la tige de support, par une partie de fixation (71,81;181), et qui est fixé à cette tige de support et possède une branche de ressort (72;82;182) établissant le contact et qui peut être commutée par une armature (13;103) autour de l'axe de la tige de raccordement entre une position de repos et une position de travail, caractérisé par le fait que le corps de base (1;100) est relié fermement à un corps de bobine (2,3;101), devant une face frontale duquel est disposée l'armature (13;130) réalisée en une forme plate, que la tige de support (9,10;110) pourvue du ressort de contact est disposée dans la zone située entre l'armature et le corps de bobine, que le ressort de contact (7,8;108) f rm , par sa partie de fixation, une douille de serrage enfichée selon une liaison de force sur la tige de support (9,10;110) et possède, de l'autre côté de la douille de serrage, une branche de précontrainte (73,83;143) sous la forme d'un prolongement qui prend appui sur le corps de bobine (2,3;101) et, par l'intermédiaire de la tige de support (9,10;110) en tant qu'axe de levier, précontraint la branche de ressort (72,82;182) dans sa position de repos.
- Relais suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le ressort de contact (7,8;108) est replié approximativement en forme d'épingle à cheveux pour la formation des deux branches (72,73,82,83;182,183), la douille de serrage (71,81;181) étant formée dans la zone coudée entre les deux branches.
- Relais suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que la tige de support (9,10;110) sert simultanément de tige de raccordement électrique pour le ressort de contact.
- Relais suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait qu'un autre corps de bobine pourvu d'un enroulement et d'un noyau est relié au corps de base en étant aligné sensiblement axialement avec le corps de bobine indiqué en premier lieu, que la culasse (12) relie, en forme de U, les deux extrémités extérieures du noyau, qu'entre les deux extrémités intérieures du noyau, tournées l'une vers l'autre, deux armatures sont montées parallèlement l'une à l'autre sur une partie médiane de la culasse, et qu'au moins un ressort de contact pouvant être actionné par cette armature est disposé entre une armature et un corps de bobine associé.
- Relais suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait qu'un autre corps de bobine pourvu d'un enroulement et d'un noyau est relié au corps de base en étant aligné sensiblement axialement avec le corps de bobine indiqué en premier lieu, qu'une culasse en forme de U (12) relie les deux extrémités extérieures du noyau, qu'une seule armature plane (13) est montée d'une manière commutable sur une partie médiane de la culasse, entre les deux extrémités intérieures du noyau, tournées l'une vers l'autre et que respectivement au moins un ressort de contact est disposé entre l'armature et chacun des deux corps de bobine et peut être actionné au choix par l'armature.
- Relais suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que le ou les corps de bobine (101; 2,3) sont formés d'un seul tenant sur le corps de base (100;1).
- Relais suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que la tige de support (110) ou les tiges de support (9,10) sont enchâssées en position correcte dans le corps de base.
