Claims (8)
- Banknotenleser, aufweisend:ein Einbaugerüst aus zwei miteinander verbundenen parallelen Seitenplatinen (1), das einen Innenraum (14) festlegt, der Antriebs- und Prüfeinrichtungen (15, 16, 18, 22), die zum Transportieren und Prüfen von Banknoten (8) an vorbestimmten Positionen entlang eines Transportsystems (15) angeordnet sind, und ein Steuergerät (25), das elektrisch mit den genannten Einrichtungen verbunden werden kann und eingerichter ist, über Annahme oder Zurückweisung der Banknoten (8) sowie über eine Freigabe beispielsweise eines Verkaufsautomaten (6) zu entscheiden sowie die genannten Einrichtungen zu betreiben und zu steuern, beinhaltet;eine am Einbaugerüst befestigte Banknoten-Öffnungsplatte (2, 27) mit mindestens einer zur horizontalen Achse geneigten Annahmeöffnung (7) zum Einführen der Banknoten (8) in einen Eingangs kanal (16) und einer Rückgabeöffnung (20) für von einem Rückgabekanal (23) zugeführte Banknoten (8);wobei eine Schmalseite (9') zwischen den Seitenplatinen (1) zum Hindurchschieben der angenommenen Banknoten (8) in einen Geldbehälter (11) eingerichtet ist;der Banknotenleser in einer ersten und einer zweiten Orientierung verwendbar ist, die sich um einen Winkel von 180° um seine Längsachse unterscheiden, wobei sowohl die Annahmeöffnung (7) als auch die Rückgabeöffnung (20) in Benutzung geneigt sind, um das Eindringen von Flüssigkeiten zu verhindern, unddaß eine erste zuvorgenannte Banknoten-Öffnungsplatte (2, 27) so angeordnet ist, daß die Annahmeöffnung (7) in Verbindung mit dem Banknoten-Eingangskanal (16) steht und die Rückgabeöffnung (20) auf den Banknoten-Rückgabekanal (23) ausgerichtet ist, wenn sich das System in der ersten Orientierung befindet, und die erste Banknoten-Öffnungsplatte als Austauschmodul vorgesehen ist, um abgenommen werden zu können und den Einbau einer zweiten Banknoten-Öffnungsplatte (2, 27) zu erlauben, wenn das System in der zweiten Orientierung verwendet wird.
- Banknotenleser nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf einer einer Verbindungsöffnung (10) gegenüberliegenden Schmalseite eine für Wartungsarbeiten um ein Scharnier (13') schwenkbare Klappe (13) angeordnet ist, die das Steuergerät (25) enthält.
- Banknotenleser nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Verschwenken der Klappe (13) das Transportsystem (15), den Eingangskanal (16), das Prüfgerät (18) und das Steuergerät (25) für Wartungsarbeiten freigibt.
- Banknotenleser nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Ende des Transportsystems (15) in dem genannten Innenraum (14) ein Stapler (21) zum Stapeln der Banknoten (8) angeordnet ist.
- Banknotenleser nach Anspruch 4, gekennzeichnet durch ein Transportband (23), um Banknoten (8) über einer Verbindungsöffnung (10) auszurichten, wobei der Stapler (21) einen Stößel zum Fördern der Banknoten (8) in den Geldbehälter (11) aufweist.
- Banknotenleser nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch eine mit dem Steuergerät (25) verbundene Zwischenkasse (24) zum Sammeln von einzeln von einem Transportband (23, 23') übernommenen Banknoten (8).
- Banknotenleser nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zwischenkasse (24) eingerichtet ist, die zwischengespeicherten Banknoten als Bündel dem Stapler (21) oder über die Rückgabeöffnung (20) einem Benutzer zuzuführen.
- Banknotenleser nach einem der vorstehenden Ausprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückgabeöffnung (20) dieselbe Öffnung wie die Annahmeöffnung (7) ist.
