ein Einbaugerüst aus zwei miteinander verbundenen parallelen Seitenplatinen(1), das einen Innenraum (14) festlegt, welcher zum Transportieren und Prüfen von Banknoten (8) Antriebs- und Prüfeinrichtungen (16,18,22) beinhaltet, die an vorbestimmten Positionen entlang eines Transportsystems (15) angeordnet sind, wobei der Innenraum (14) ferner ein Steuergerät (25) beinhaltet, das elektrisch mit den genannten Einrichtungen verbunden werden kann und eingerichtet ist, über Annahme oder Zurückweisung der Banknoten (8) sowie über eine Freigabe beispielsweise eines Verkaufsautomaten (6) zu entscheiden sowie die genannten Einrichtungen zu betreiben und zu steuern, wobei die Antriebs- und Prüfeinrichtungen wenigstens eine Antriebseinheit (22), einen Eingangskanal (16) und ein Prüfgerät (18) enthalten;
eine am Einbaugerüst befestigte Banknoten-Öffnungsplatte (2,27) mit mindestens einer zur horizontalen Achse geneigten Annahmeöffnung (7) zum Einführen der Banknoten (8) in einen Eingangskanal (16) und einer Rückgabeöffnung (20) für von einem Rückgabekanal zugeführte Banknoten; wobei eine Schmalseite (9') zwischen den Seitenplatinen (1) zum Hindurchschieben der angenommenen Banknoten (8) in einen Geldbehälter (11) eingerichtet ist;
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Antriebs- und Prüfeinrichtungen (16,18,22) als leicht auswechselbare Bausteine vorgesehen sind; und
das Steuergerät (25) ferner dazu eingerichtet ist zu erkennen welche der Bausteine mit ihm verbunden sind und sein Programm zum Banknotenlesen entsprechen den angeschlossenen Bausteinen anzupassen. - Banknotenleser nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebs- und Prüfeinrichtungen (16,18,22) zusätzlich eine oder mehrere der folgenden Einrichtungen aufweisen:eine Weiche (19) oder einen Stapler (21).
- Banknotenleser nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steuergerät (25) zum Erkennen der Antriebs- und Prüfeinrichtungen (16, 18, 22), einer Signalanzeige (7') oder einer Zwischenkasse (24) ausgebildet ist.
- Banknotenleser nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steuergerät (25) zum Erkennen der angeschlossenen Antriebs- und Prüfeinrichtungen (16,18,22) eingerichtet ist und dass sein Programm so ausgebildet ist, dass nur die Teile des Programms ausführbar sind, die sich auf die erkannten, angeschlossenen Antriebs- und Prüfeinrichtungen (16, 18, 22) beziehen.
- Banknotenleser nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf einer einer Verbindungsöffnung (10) gegenüberliegenden Schmalseite eine für Wartungsarbeiten um ein Scharnier (13') schwenkbare Klappe (13) angeordnet ist, die das Steuer gerät (25) enthält.
- Banknotenleser nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Verschwenken der Klappe (13) das Transportsystem (15), den Eingangskanal (16), das Prüfgerät (18) und das Steuergerät (25) für Wartungsarbeiten freigibt.
- Banknotenleser nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Ende des Transportsystems (15) in dem genannten Innenraum (14) ein Stapler (21) zum Stapeln der Banknoten (8) angeordnet ist.
- Banknotenleser nach Anspruch 7, gekennzeichnet durch ein Transportband (23), um Banknoten (8) über einer Verbindungsöffnung (10) auszurichten, wobei der Stapler (21) einen Stößel zum Fördern der Banknoten (8) in den Geldbehälter (11) aufweist.
- Banknotenleser nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, gekennzeichnet durch eine mit dem Steuergerät (25) verbundene Zwischenkasse (24) zum Sammeln von einzeln von einem Transportband (23, 23') übernommenen Banknoten (8).
- Banknotenleser nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zwischenkasse (24) eingerichtet ist, die zwischengespeicherten Banknoten als Bündel dem Stapler (21) oder über die Rückgabeöffnung (20) einem Benutzer zuzuführen.
- Banknotenleser nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Banknoten - Öffnungsplatte eine Annahmeöffnung (7) und eine Rückgabeöffnung (20) für Banknoten (8) aufweist und dass nach dem Prüfgerät (18) eine Weiche (19) zum Steuern der Banknoten (8) im Transportsystem (15) angeordnet ist.
- Banknotenleser nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einbaugerüst der Seitenplatinen (1) zum leichten Herausziehen aus der Hülse (9) mit wenigstens einer Teleskopschiene (33) mit der Hülse (9) verbunden ist.
- Banknotenleser nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Seitenplatinen (1) des Einbaugerüsts längs einer im wesentlichen diagonalen Trennlinie (40) geteilt sind, wobei beide Teile des Einbaugerüsts mittels einer Achse (43) in der Nähe einer Berandung (3) gelenkig verbunden sind, und dass das Einbaugerüst zu Wartungsarbeiten um die Achse (43) aufklappbar ist.
- Banknotenleser nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Geldbehälter (11) mit seinen Nuten (30) auf Profilen der Hülse (9) verschiebbar auf die Verbindungsöffnung (10) ausgerichtet ist und dass ein Fühler (29) zum Erkennen der vorbestimmten Arbeitsposition des Geldbehälters (11) eingerichtet ist.
- Banknotenleser nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betriebslage des Einbaugerüsts der Seitenplatinen (1) durch Auswechseln des Stirnteils (2) gegen den Frontteil (27) um 180° in der Längsachse des Einbaugerüsts drehbar ist.
- Banknotenleser nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenplatinen (1) in eine Hülse (9) von rechteckigem Querschnitt als Gehäuse einschiebbar sind.
- Verkaufsautomat (6), umfassend einen Banknotenleser nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Hülse (9) mit den Mitteln (16, 18, 22) und dem Geldbehälter (11) zusammen als Einbaueinheit (32) auf Rollenlager (39; 39') von einer Wand (5) des Verkaufsautomaten (6) weg ins Innere eines Sicherheitsraums (38) zurückziehbar ist.
