Claims (5)
- Machine à deux cylindres, notamment presse à cylindres à haute pression pour le traitement en pression de produits en grains avec deux cylindres (10, 11) entraînés en sens opposé et séparés par un intervalle de cylindre (15), une trémie de réception de produit (12) se trouvant au-dessus de l'intervalle (15) des cylindres,
caractérisée en ce que
la trémie de réception de produit (12) est élargie dans sa partie inférieure par le décalage parallèle d'au moins l'une des parois latérales (13) alignée sur la direction de l'axe des cylindres, par rapport à la paroi supérieure (14), en échelon, pour que du côté élargi, les produits en vrac puissent développer un talus (16) par écoulement libre selon l'angle de talus des produits. - Machine selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce que
dans la partie inférieure élargie de la trémie (12), il y a au moins un tiroir (19) pour réguler la hauteur du talus. - Machine selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisée en ce que
la partie inférieure élargie de la trémie de réception de produit (12) comporte des volets réglables (20, 20') pour créer d'autres talus (21, 21'). - Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que
la trémie de réception de produit (12) est reliée par une conduite d'aspiration (18) à une installation de dépoussiérage. - Procédé pour le traitement par pression de produits en grains à l'aide d'une machine à deux cylindres selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
la forme géométrique de la trémie de réception de produit (12) et le cas échéant des tiroirs (19, 19') et/ou des volets (20, 20') placés dans la trémie (12) permettent au produit de former au moins un talus (16, 16' ; 21, 21') par écoulement libre, à travers lequel l'air peut s'échapper sans difficulté et qui réduit le frottement entre les produits en vrac et la paroi intérieure de la trémie (12).
