Claims (4)
- Dispositif pour adapter le bord supérieur du cylindre de travail inférieur (1) de cages de laminoir, en particulier des cages quarto, à la ligne de laminage, au moyen d'une paire de clavettes (5,6) au-dessous de chaque pièce inférieure de montage de cylindre (2,3), constitué d'un élément à clavette inférieur (5) susceptible d'être déplacé horizontalement en direction de l'axe du cylindre et d'un élément à clavette supérieur (6) susceptible d'être déplacé exclusivement en direction verticale, qui reposent l'un contre l'autre par leurs surfaces de clavette lors du processus de laminage,
caractérisé en ce que chaque élément à clavette supérieur (6) peut être relevé et abaissé au moyen d'un dispositif de levage (10) conjointement avec la pièce de montage de cylindre correspondante (2,3), et en ce que les surfaces de clavette des deux clavettes (5,6) sont étagées en gradins, les gradins supportant verticalement les éléments à clavette (5,6) en agissant les uns dans les autres. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que l'élément à clavette supérieur (6) fait partie d'une traverse (9) recouvrant l'élément à clavette inférieur (5) et pouvant être relevée et abaissée au moyen de vérins (10) agencés latéralement à côté de l'élément à clavette inférieur (5), la pièce de montage de cylindre correspondante (2,3) reposant sur la traverse (9) et la traverse (9) étant guidée en direction verticale. - Dispositif selon la revendication 2,
caractérisé en ce que le guide (12) pour la traverse est constitué d'au moins deux tourillons de guidage qui sont entourés de perçages correspondants et perpendiculaires de la traverse (9). - Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que le rapport entre les extensions horizontales et verticales des gradins est défini entre 2:1 et 3:1.
