Description

Bei diesem Stand der Technik ist zwischen dem oberen Keil und der Unterseite des Stützwalzeneinbaustückes eines von mehreren unterschiedlich hohen Paßstücken eingesetzt, die in ihrer Höhe treppenartig gestuft nacheinander durch Querverschieben in die Arbeitsstellung verbringbar sind. Kern der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, das obere Keilelement selbst einerseits mit dem Hubelement für das Einbaustück der anzuhebenden Walze zu verknüpfen und andererseits gleichzeitig zur Abstützung des Einbaustückes in der jeweils gewünschten Höhenlage zu verwenden. Durch das Anheben des oberen Keilelementes selbst wird es möglich, das untere Keilelement in die jeweils gewünschte Position zu verschieben und danach das obere Keilelement darauf abzusetzen. Damit eine Selbsthemmung der Keile möglich ist, sind die Keilflächen treppenförmig gestuft. Dadurch können die Keile sehr kurz bauen, wodurch der Verschiebeweg äußerst kurz gehalten werden kann. In einer besonders günstigen Ausgestaltung ist vorgesehen, daß das obere Keilelement Teil einer das untere Keilelement übergreifenden Traverse ist, die mittels seitlich neben dem unteren Keilelement angeordneter Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten heb- und senkbar ist, wobei das jeweilige Walzeneinbaustück auf der Traverse aufliegt und die Traverse in Vertikalrichtung geführt ist. Die vorgeschlagene Lösung ermöglicht die Anordnung der als Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten ausgebildeten Hubvorrichtung außerhalb des Verschiebeweges der unteren Keilelemente. Die Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten können beispielsweise seitlich an die Walzenständer angeflanscht werden. Darüber hinaus sind die Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten gut sichtbar und somit leicht zu inspizieren.
