Claims (8)

  1. Presse à cadre comportant un cadre de support (1), sur les bras transversaux horizontaux (3,4) duquel sont guidées, de manière à être déplaçables longitudinalement, des poutres de compression verticales (5,6,7) comportant des butées et des vérins de serrage, dont les axes sont parallèles aux poutres de compression, et qui sont équipées de dispositifs de réglage, qui servent à régler les plateaux de pression des vérins de serrage sur la cote des montants de cadre insérés, caractérisée en ce que les vérins de serrage sont agencés sous la forme de vérins de traction (13,21) à longue course, qui possèdent à l'état déployé approximativement la longueur des poutres de compression, sont fixés, par leurs cylindres (13), dans la partie inférieure des poutres de compression (5,6,7), à laquelle est également associée la butée (17) réglable en hauteur et, par leurs bielles de piston (21), sur l'extrémité libre de chacune desquelles est disposé un plateau de pression (24) aligné sur la butée (17), servent en tant que dispositif de réglage aussi bien pour le réglage sur la cote des montants insérés du cadre que pour le serrage de ces montants.
  2. Presse à cadre selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le plateau de pression (24) fait partie d'une tête de guidage (22), qui est guidée de façon glissante entre des plats en fer (9), qui font partie de la poutre de compression (5,6,7).
  3. Presse à cadre selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les plats en fer (9) s'étendent sur toute la longueur des poutres de compression (5,6,7) et sont reliés, à leurs extrémités supérieure et inférieure, par des panneaux à recouvrement (10,11).
  4. Presse à cadre selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le côté fermé du vérin à longue course (13) est fixé sur le panneau à recouvrement inférieur (11).
  5. Presse à cadre selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les plats en fer (9) sont pourvus de perçages transversaux (14) servant à réaliser la fixation en hauteur de la butée (17) réglable manuellement.
  6. Presse à cadre selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce qu'à au moins une poutre de compression (7), de préférence la plus extérieure, sont associés des vérins de traction à longue course (26,27), qui sont perpendiculaires à cette poutre et dont les cylindres sont fixés à l'un des poteaux latéraux (2).
  7. Presse à cadre selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que les plateaux de pression sont réalisés sous la forme de plateaux de pression pendulaires (28).
  8. Presse à cadre selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que les cylindres (13) des vérins de traction verticaux à longue course d'une part et les cylindres des vérins de traction horizontaux à longue course (26,27) d'autre part sont tous deux branchés sur une source de pression commune.
