  1. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que aux bâtis (2) est associé, au voisinage de la position de réception de leurs pinces de préhension (10; 28), une rampe ascendante (7) pour des tiges délivrées par le dispositif (3, 18) d'amenée des tiges, dans le sens transversal desdites tiges, un dispositif d'alignement (15) étant associé à la rampe ascendante (7), en vue de l'alignement réciproque de l'une des extrémités des tiges (S).
  8. Appareil selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif (3, 4, 18) d'amenée des tiges présente un dispositif (3) d'éjection des tiges, qui est installé au-dessus de la rampe ascendante (7) et à l'aide duquel des tiges peuvent être, individuellement et successivement, délivrées à ladite rampe ascendante.
  9. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif (3, 4, 18) d'amenée des tiges comporte des unités parallèles de convoyage (19) qui tournent sans fin, entre lesquelles les pinces de préhension (10; 28) s'engagent dans leur position de réception.
  10. Appareil selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par le fait qu'un dispositif (3) d'éjection des tiges (S), installé au-dessus le l'extrémité d'arrivée des unités de convoyage (19), présente au moins une rigole pivotante (5) en vue de l'èjection d'une tige (S) respective, un volet répartiteur (25) ou élément similaire étant de préférence prévu, entre le dispositif d'éjection (3) et les unités de convoyage (19), de manière à transférer la tige sur les unités de convoyage (19), ou à l'écart de ces dernières.
  11. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que, dans leur position de réception, les pinces de préhension (10; 28) sont disposées au voisinage de l'extrémité d'évacuation d'un organe convoyeur, tournant sans fin, du dispositif (18) d'amenée des tiges.
  12. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe de pliage (12) tourné vers chaque pince de préhension (10; 28) est installé, dans le bâti (2, 2'), avec faculté d'abaissement en vue d'introduire les tiges (S) entre les organes de pliage (11, 12).
  13. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé par le fait qu'une tête de pliage (13, 13') portant les organes de pliage (11, 12) est installée, dans le bâti (2, 2') correspondant, avec faculté d'abaissement en vue d'introduire les tiges (S) entre les organes de pliage (11, 12).
  14. Appareil selon la revendication 13, caractérisé par le fait que la tête de pliage (13, 13') est installée, dans le bâti (2, 2'), avec faculté de coulissement dans le sens longitudinal des tiges.
  15. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé par le fait qu'une surface d'appui (17) destinée aux tiges (S) pliées est respectivement associée à chaque bâti (2, 2'), surface dont au moins une partie (17''; 17''') se trouve au-dessus de la plage de pivotement de la pince de préhension (10; 28) correspondante.
  16. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé par le fait que les dispositifs d'actionnement du dispositif de transfert (8; 8') peuvent être commandés pour transférer les tiges (S), d'un côté d'un mandrin central de pliage (11) à l'autre côté de ce dernier, en vue de faire varier la direction de pliage.
  17. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 5 à 16, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif d'actionnement de l'une des pinces de préhension (10; 28) peut être commandé pour guider plusieurs tiges (S) agencées en superposition, lors du réglage des bâtis de pliage (2, 2'), dans le sens d'une légère ouverture de la pince de préhension (10; 28).
  18. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 17, caractérisé par la fait que les dispositifs d'actionnement du dispositif de transfert (8, 8') peuvent être commandés, à l'achèvement de tous les processus de pliage, en vue de soulever les tiges (S) à l'écart de la position de pliage définie par les organes de pliage (11, 12), et en vue d'évacuer les tiges (S) hors de la région des bâtis de pliage (2, 2'), le dispositif d'actionnement des pinces de préhension (10; 28) pouvant également être commandé pour ouvrir ces dernières en vue d'une éjection des tiges (S), de préférence sur une tôle inclinée d'évacuation (41).
  19. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 18, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif (3, 4, 18) d'amenée des tiges présente, à son extrémité d'évacuation, un dispositif collecteur (39) destiné aux tiges (S) et hors duquel lesdites tiges (S) peuvent être transférées à la position de pliage, à l'aide des pinces de préhension (10; 28).
  20. Appareil selon la revendication 19, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif collecteur (39) est réalisé de section transversale configurée en U, et présente une paroi latérale (40) pouvant coulisser, en concordance avec le diamètre des tiges (S) à plier, transversalement par rapport au sens longitudinal desdites tiges.
