Claims (4)

  1. Procédé pour couper des spires initiales et/ou des spires finales d'une botte de fil, au cours de l'étalement de spires devant être réunies pour former des bottes de fil en aval du bloc de finition d'un train de laminage de fils, auquel sont raccordés directement ou indirectement un dispositif de formation de spires (3) pour le fil, un dispositif de transport (4), un convoyeur principal (6) et un mandrin de collecte (7), et selon lequel le dispositif de formation de spires (3) coopère avec le dispositif de transport (4) et ce dernier coopère avec le convoyeur principal (6) qui réalise un entraînement avec une vitesse principale d'entraînement prédéterminée, et le mandrin de collecte (7) reçoit au moins une botte de fil (8), et selon lequel le fil est étalé sous la forme de spires (5) sur le dispositif de transport (4) et les spires (5) sont transférées au convoyeur principal (6), sur lequel intervient un refroidissement du fil lors d'un étalement de traitement des spires, et selon lequel en outre, sur le convoyeur principal (6), les spires initiales et/ou les spires finales de la botte de fil sont coupées et le sectionnement est exécuté dans la zone d'un étalement prévu pour la coupe des spires (5), qui est plus étendu que l'étalement utilisé pour le traitement, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de transport (4) réalisé sous la forme d'une table à rouleaux est entraîné, lors de la sortie des spires initiales et/ou des spires finales d'une botte de fil (8) devant être formée, hors du dispositif de formation des spires (3), à une vitesse produisant l'étalement pour le sectionnement et qui est supérieure à la vitesse d'entraînement principale, et que la table à rouleaux (4) est commutée sur la vitesse principale d'entraînement et que les spires suivantes (5) sont formées entre les spires initiales et les spires finales, qui doivent être coupées, avec l'étalement utilisé pour le traitement dès que ou avant que la première des spires (5) déposées avec l'étalement prévu pour le sectionnement, ait atteint le convoyeur principal (6) et que les spires étalées avec l'étalement prévu pour le sectionnement, soient transférées au convoyeur principal (6).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse accrue de la table à rouleaux pour le dépôt des spires (5) avec un étalement prévu pour le sectionnement est modifiée en fonction du produit.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le sectionnement est exécuté automatiquement.
  4. Installation pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, comportant
    un dispositif (3) de formation de spires,
    un convoyeur principal (6) comportant un mandrin de collecte (7) servant à recevoir des spires (5) d'au moins une botte de fil (8), et
    un dispositif de transport (4) disposé entre le dispositif (3) de formation des spires et le convoyeur principal (6),
    le convoyeur principal (6) travaillant avec une vitesse prédéterminée, qui peut être réglée en fonction du produit, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de transport (4) réalisé sous la forme d'une table à rouleaux possède son propre dispositif d'entraînement et peut être entraîné à une vitesse qui est supérieure à la vitesse respectivement choisie du convoyeur principal et peut être commutée sur la vitesse du convoyeur principal et qu'il est prévu un calculateur qui commande la vitesse de la table à rouleaux (4) en fonction de données d'un programme et/ou de données de mesure de telle sorte que, lors de la sortie des spires initiales et/ou des spires finales d'une botte de fil (8) devant être formée, hors du dispositif de formation des spires (3), la table à rouleaux (4) est activée avec la vitesse accrue, qui produit un étalement utilisé pour le sectionnement et que la table à rouleaux (4) est commutée sur la vitesse du convoyeur principal dès que ou avant que la première des spires déposées avec l'étalement utilisé pour le sectionnement n'ait atteint le convoyeur principal (6).
