Claims (12)

1. Vorrichtung zum Tiefziehen von Blattmaterial, insbesondere Ziehplatinen (10, 20, 40, 50), mit einem in einem Rückhaltebehälter (1) aufgenommenen Kissen (2) aus elastischem Material, Mitteln zum Verformen der Ziehplatine, die durch einen äußeren Preßstempel (28) gebildet sind, welcher einen oberen Blechhalter (6-23-43-54) trägt, und Fertigformmitteln für die Ziehplatine, welche durch einen auf einen Dorn (8-25-44-55) wirkenden Mittelstempel (30) gebildet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen unteren Blechhalter aufweist, der durch ein Element (3,21,41, 51) zum Abstützen und Halten wenigstens eines Teils der Ziehplatine (10, 20, 40, 50) gebildet ist, welcher direkt auf dem elastischen Kissen (2) angeordnet ist und mit dem oberen Blechhalter (6-23-43-54) für ein Einklemmen der Ziehplatine wenigstens in örtlich beschränkten Zonen zusammenwirkt.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abstütz- und Halteelement (3-21-41-51) ein Oberflächenprofil in einer Form hat, die dem Profil der Randzone des zu gewinnenden Fertigteils entspricht.
3. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abstütz- und Halteelement (3, 21, 41, 51) einen in der Form konstanten Dickenquerschnitt hat oder nicht.
4. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abstütz- und Halteelement (3, 21, 41, 51) einen veränderlichen Dickenquerschnitt hat.
5. Vorrichtung nach einem vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abstütz- und Halteelement durch einen Rahmen (3, 21, 41, 51) mit geschlossener Kontur gebildet ist.
6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abstütz- und Halteelement (3, 21, 41, 51) durch unabhängige Elemente gebildet ist, die in den Klemmzonen der Ziehplatine angeordnet sind.
7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abstütz- und Halteelement (51) einen Querschnitt in Form eines Winkels hat.
8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Kompensationselemente (52, 60) aufweist.
9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kompensationselemente (52) unter dem elastischen Kissen (2) angeordnet sind.
10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kompensationselemente (52) durch einen inkompressiblen Block gebildet sind.
11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kompensationselemente (60) zwischen dem Abstütz- und Halteelement (51) und dem elastischen Kissen (2) zwischengelegt sind.
12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kompensationselemente durch ein kleines Kissen (60) aus elastischen Material von gleicher Beschaffenheit wie dass Kissen (2) gebildet sind.
