Claims (4)

  1. Verfahren zum Bilden eines Deckels (1) ausgehend von einer Blechplatte (1a), der auch Boden genannt wird, mit einer peripherischen Bordkante (2) zur Befestigung auf dem Rand einer Öffnung eines Behälters und mit zumindest einem Absatz (3) zur Versteifung des Deckels, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rand der Blechplatte (1a) an seiner gesamten Peripherie gehalten wird und darauffolgend der Absatz (3) gebildet wird und die peripherische Bordkante (2) gebildet wird.
  2. Vorrichtung zum Bilden eines Deckels (1) ausgehend von einer Blechplatte (1a), der auch Boden genannt wird, mit einer peripherischen Bordkante (2) zur Befestigung auf dem einer Öffnung eines Behälters und mit zumindest einem Absatz (3) zur Versteifung des Deckels (1), wobei die Vorrichtung aufweist: einen Blechhalter (10) für den Rand der Blechplatte (1a) entlang ihrer gesamten Peripherie, eine Einrichtung (20) zum Bilden der peripherischen Bordkante (2) mit einem Formeisen (21) neben dem Blechhalter (10) und mit einer Einrichtung (30) zum Bilden des Absatzes (3) einerseits mit einer beweglichen Form (31), welche neben dem Formeisen (21) liegt, und andererseits mit einer zweiten beweglichen Form (32), welche gegenüberliegend der ersten Form (31) angeordnet ist, wobei die gegenüberliegenden Flächen (31a, 32a) dieser Formen (31, 32) Einprägungen (33, 34) komplementärer Gestalt zum Bilden des Absatzes (3) aufweisen, wobei die Einrichtungen (20, 30) verschieden sind und unabhängig voneinander verstellbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Form (31) durch zumindest eine Kompressionseinrichtung (14) in einer Hochposition lagerbar und halterbar ist, in der ihre Einprägung (33) oberhalb des Kopfes (21a) des Formeisens (21) liegt, wobei die Kompressionseinrichtung (14) zur Bildung des Absatzes (3) vor der Bildung der peripherischen Bordkante (2) verstellbar ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Formeisen (21) einen Raum (13) für die erste Form (31) neben dem Formeisen (21) bildet, wobei die Kompressionseinrichtung (14) zwischen dem Boden des Raumes (13) und die erste Form (31) eingesetzt ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen Auswerfer (15) für den gebildeten Deckel (1) aufweist, welcher gegenüber dem Formeisen (21) angeordnet ist.
