Claims (11)

  1. Verfahren zum Tiefziehen einer Blechscheibe (30) zur Herstellung eines im allgemeinen konischen Behälters in einem Arbeitsgang, bei dem ein Tiefziehwerkzeug verwendet wird, das einen hervorstehenden konischen Stempel (2) und eine ihm gegenüberliegende Form (1) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Form konzentrische, der konischen Oberfläche des Stempels gegenüberliegende und in senkrechter Richtung zur Ebene der Blechscheibe bewegliche Ringe (8, 9, 10) aufweist, daß nacheinander ringförmige konzentrische Bereiche (32, 33, 34) der Scheibe verformt werden, wobei mit derjenigen mit den kleinsten Abmessungen begonnen wird, daß jeder ringförmige Bereich (32, 33, 34) durch einen zugehörigen Ring (10, 9, 8) unter Druck am Stempel anliegt, ab dem Zeitpunkt, zu dem der Bereich mit dem Stempel in Berührung steht und bis zum Ende des Tiefziehvorgangs und daß sich jeder ringförmige Bereich außerdem auf einem zugehörigen Ring abstützt, solange der ringförmige benachbarte Bereich nicht an dem Stempel anliegt.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder ringförmige Bereich (32, 33, 34) im wesentlichen in der Ebene der Scheibe (30) gehalten wird, solange der benachbarte innere ringförmige Bereich nicht am Stempel (2) anliegt.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stempel (2) auf seiner konischen Oberfläche einen oder mehrere umlaufende Absätze (24, 25) aufweist und daß entsprechende Stufen (35, 36) auf der Wand des Behälters während des Tiefziehvorgangs zwischen zwei benachbarten ringförmigen Bereichen (32, 33, 34) des Behälters ausgebildet werden, nacheinander während des Anliegens eines ringförmigen Bereiches am Stempel (2) durch den zugehörigen Ring (10, 9, 8).
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stempel (2) auf seiner konischen Oberfläche umlaufende Absätze (24, 25) aufweist und daß entsprechende Stufen (35, 36) gleichzeitig am Ende des Tiefziehvorgangs auf der Behälterwand ausgebildet werden.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß entlang eines ebenen Umfangsbereichs der Scheibe, welcher den Rand des tiefgezogenen Behälters bildet, eine Umfangsrippe (31) ausgebildet wird.
  6. Tiefziehvorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, mit einem im allgemeinen konischen hervorstehenden Stempel (2), der einer Form (1) und einer Scheiben-Klemmvorrichtung (3) gegenüberliegt, um den Rand der Scheibe zu halten, ihn jedoch zugleich gleiten zu lassen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Form gegenüber der konischen Oberfläche des Stempels konzentrische in Verschieberichtung des Stempels bewegliche Ringe (8, 9, 10) aufweist sowie eine Druckanordnung (14, 15, 16), um auf jeden der Ringe eine vorgegebene Kraft auszuüben, die ausreicht während des Tiefziehvorgangs den ringförmigen zugehörigen Bereich der Scheibe in Richtung des Stempels zu verformen, wobei jede der ringförmigen vorderen Oberflächen (20', 21', 13) der Ringe eine an die ringförmige Oberfläche (20', 21', 13') des ihnen gegenüberliegenden Stempels angepaßte Form aufweist, um am Ende des Tiefziehvorgangs jeden ringförmigen Bereich gegen den Stempel zu drücken.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ringe (8, 9, 10) durch Anschläge (17, 18, 19) zurückgehalten werden, welche ihre Verschiebung in Richtung des Stempels (2) begrenzen.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dem Stempel (2) gegenüberliegenden Enden der Ringe (8, 9, 10) alle im wesentlichen in der gleichen vorderen Tiefziehebene liegen.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zwischen der Scheiben-Klemmanordnung (3) und dem Stempel (2) einen Ring (6) aufweist, in dem in seiner der Form zugewandten Fläche eine ringförmige Vertiefung (23') vorgesehen ist und daß ein gleitender Ring (8) der Form, der dem Ring (6) gegenüberliegt, einen Vorsprung (23) aufweist, dessen Profil an dasjenige der ringförmigen Vertiefung (23') angepaßt ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckanordnung elastische Bauteile, wie z.B. Federn (14, 15, 16) aufweist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckanordnung für jeden Ring (8, 9, 10) derart ausgelegt ist, daß auf die während des Tiefziehvorgangs verformte Scheibe eine Kraft ausgeübt wird, die ausreicht, um den ringförmigen Bereich (32, 33, 44) der Scheibe (30) auf den Stempel (2) zu drücken.
