Claims (8)

  1. Verfahren zum Tiefziehen von Blattmaterialien, insbesondere von Blechen, auf einer Presse mittels eines Puffers (12) aus elastisch deformierbarem und nicht zusammendrückbarem Material, gemäß dem man ein Blechscheibe zum Ziehen (20), die geformt werden soll, auf einem Träger anordnet, dessen Ümfangsteil einen unteren Blechhalter (2) und dessen Mittelteil eine Matrize (3) bildet, und zwar ein Verfahren, gemäß dem man in einem ersten Schritt unter der Wirkung des Tauchkolbens (22) den elastischen Puffer (12), der einen deformierbaren Stempel bildet, auf die Blechscheibe zum Ziehen aufsetzt, um die Vorformung der Blechscheibe (20) durchzuführen, und gemäß dem man in einem zweiten Schritt immer noch unter der Wirkung des Tauchkolbens (22) das Absenken des elastischen Puffers (12) fortführt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß :
    - man unter der Wirkung eines äußeren Pressenstempels (21) einen oberen Blechhalter (9) auf dem Umfangsteil der Blechscheibe zum Ziehen (20) aufsetzt,
    - man während eines ersten Abschnittes den Umfangsteil der Blechscheibe zum Ziehen (20) in Bereichen mit starker Einschnürung, zwischen entsprechenden Bereichen (2a) des unteren Blechhalters (2) und dem oberen Blechhalter (9) hält,
    - man die Vorformung der Blechscheibe zum Ziehen (20) durchführt, indem man Zugbeanspruchungen über die ganze Flache der Scheibe ausübt und man ihre Verschiebung im ganzen Raum der Matrize (3) herbeiführt, deren einer Teil des Bodens vorspringt,
    - man dann während des zweiten Abschnittes die endgültige Formung des Stückes vornimmt, indem man den Teil des Preßbodens (3) in bündiger Abschließstellung mit dem festen Teil des Preßbodens (3) gleichzeitig mit dem Absenken des elastischen Puffers (12) verschiebt.
  2. Vorrichtung zum Tiefziehen von Blattmaterialien, insbesondere von Blechscheiben, die einen Puffer (12) aus elastisch deformierbarem und nicht zusammendrückbarem Material und einen Träger für die zu formende Blechscheibe zum Ziehen aufweist, dessen Umfangsteil einen unteren Blechträger (2) und dessen Mittelteil einen Preßboden (3) bildet, der eine Aufnahme besitzt und Mittel zur endgültigen Formung der Blechscheibe zum Ziehen, die von einem Tauchkolben (22) gebildet sind, der auf einen Stempel (11) einwirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung einen äußeren Pressenstempel (21) aufweist, der einen oberen Blechhalter (9) trägt, und dadurch, daß der Preßboden (3) einen festen Teil und einen beweglichen Teil aufweist, der vertikal mit einem Regelungsorgan (6) der Verschiebung des beweglichen Teils zusammenarbeitet, um die Vorformung der Blechscheibe zum Ziehen (20) mit dem vorspringenden beweglichen Teil bezüglich des festen Teils des Preßbodens (3) durchzuführen, und die endgültige Formung des Stückes mit dem beweglichen Teil in bündiger Abschließstellung mit dem festen Teil des Preßbodens (3).
  3. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bewegliche Teil von einem Kern (5) gebildet ist, der in einer Verteifung (4) angeordnet ist, die in dem festen Teil der Matrize (3) vorgesehen ist, wobei die obere Seite des Kerns die Aufnahme der Matrize (3) vervollständigt.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der feste Teil von einem Kern (32) gebildet ist, der in einer Vertiefung (4) angeordnet ist, die in dem beweglichen Teil der Matrize (3) vorgesehen ist, wobei die obere Seite des Kerns die Aufnahme der Matrize (3) vervollständigt.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Mittel (16, 33) zur Einstellung der Pressung des oberen Blechhalters (9) im Umfangsbereich der Blechscheibe zum Ziehen (20) aufweist.
  6. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Mittel (40) zur Aufnahme des überschüssigen Ausmaßes des elastischen Puffers (12) bezüglich des Ausmaßes, das von der Fläche des zu erhaltenden fertigen Stückes bestimmt ist, aufweist.
  7. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel (40) zur Aufnahme des überschüssigen Ausmaßes des elastischen Puffers (12) in dem Stempel (11) angeordnet sind.
  8. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel (40) zur Aufnahme des überschüssigen Ausmaßes des elastischen Puffers (12) in Nachbarschaft zu dem elastischen Puffer (12) angeordnet sind.
