Claims (4)

1. Folgewerkzeug für eine Tiefziehpresse, das für jede einzelne Tiefziehstation (3, 5) einen vom am Schlitten der Presse fixierten Oberteil (1) des Werkeugs gehaltenen Stempel (3) und außerdem ein am Tisch der Presse fixiertes Unterteil (2) aufweist, das eine Platte (4) als Träger von Mätrizen (5) trägt, wobei jede vertikale Tiefziehöffnung (8) einen Kolben (9) enthält, der durch eine elastische Abstoßanordnung (8 bis 10) von unten nach oben schiebbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es mit zwei komplementären Mitteln versehen ist:
- Mitteln (16, 17, 18) zum Stützen des Metallbandes (6), von denen erste (16) unter dem Boden jedes Vor-Tiefziehteils (7) angeordnet sind, wenn dieses sich in lotrechter Stellung zum Stempel (3) und zur Tiefziehöffnung (8) der zugehörigen Matrize (5) befindet, und von denen zweite (17, 18) beiderseits dieses Vor-Tiefziehteils (7) angeordnet sind, wobei diese Mittel (16, 17, 18) schwach elastisch von unten nach oben gedrückt werden und durch einen darauf von oben nach unten ausgeübten Druck vertikal absenkbar sind und
- Mitteln (40) zur vertikalen Auflage auf das Band (6) zur Zentrierung des Vor-Tiefziehteils (7) und zur Extraktion den Tiefziehteile beim Anheben des Stempels (3), wobei diese Mittel durch eine frei zwischen zwei Anschlägen (30, 31) vertikal verschiebbare und dabei elastisch nach oben gedrückte starre horizontale Platte (29) gebildet werden, die zwischen dem genannten Metallband (6) und diesem Oberteil (1) angeordnet ist und ein zur vertikalen elastischen Abstützung gegen das Oberteil (1) dienendes Organ (36) trägt, das sehr stark von unten nach oben gedrückt wird, wobei die starre Platte (29) weiterhin für jede einzelne Tiefziehstation (3, 5) ein vertikales Zentrierrohr (40) aufweist, das nach unten weist und das dafür geeignet ist, als enge Gleitführung vom Stempel (3) bei dessen Absenkung durchfahren zu werden und in enge Einlange in dem genannten Vor-Tiefziehteil (7) zu gelangen, wenn sich diese starre Platte unter dem Druck des Oberteils (1) auf das vorstehend genannte, zur Abstützung dienende Organ (36) absenkt, und wobei dieses starre Platte (29) schließlich vertikale Vorsprünge (41, 42) aufweist, die nach unten gerichtet und dazu geeignet sind, in Anlage mit den genannten Mitteln (17, 18) zum Stützen des Bandes (6) zu gelangen, die beiderseits der Vor-Tiefziehteile (7) angeordnet sind.
2. Folgewerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der in der Tiefziehöffnung (8) angeordnete Körper des Kolbens (9) hohl ist und den Körper eines einfach wirkenden Zylinders bildet, der durch eine Öffnung (12) versorgt wird, die die Kammer (13) dieses Zylinders mit dem unter diesem Kolben angeordneten und mit unter Druck stehendem Fluid versorgten Raum (11) verbindet, wobei das freie Ende der Kolbenstange (15) dieses Zylinders die genannten ersten Mittel (16) zum Stützen trägt.
3. Folgewerkzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannten zweiten Mittel (17, 18) zum Halten durch horizontal und längs verlaufende Stege gebildet sind, die am freien Ende der vertikalen Kolbenstangen (19, 20) von Zylindern (21, 22) angeordnet sind, die im Körper des Unterteils (2) untergebracht sind.
4. Folgewerkzeug nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte (4) als Träger von Matrizen mit längs verlaufenden Ausnehmungen (27, 28) versehen ist, die zur Unterbringung der Stege (17, 18) geeignet sind, wenn sich diese in der unteren Position befinden.
