Claims (6)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Formstanzen von plattenförmigen Materialien, insbesondere von Blechplatten (5), auf einer einstufigen Presse, die einerseits ein Pufferkissen (2) aus einem elastischen, insbesondere inkompressiblen Material, das einen in einer Halterung (1) angeordneten Stempel bildet, und andererseits Einrichtungen zum Vorformen und Endformen der Blechplatte (5) aufweist, wobei die Einrichtungen zum Vorformen und Endformen in einem Gesenk (6) angeordnet sind, das einen Halterahmen (8), auf dem der Pressenstößel (7) der einstufigen Presse einwirkend aufliegt, einen Blech-Niederhalter (9) mit einer vorstehenden Umfangskante, der durch mindestens ein elastisches Gegendruckmittel (11) zum Abfedern und Zurückhalten mit dem Halterahmen (8) verbunden ist, ein Gesenkunterteil (10), das in dem mit der vorstehenden Umfangskante versehenen Blech-Niederhalter (9) angeordnet ist, und Einrichtungen (9a, 10a) aufweist, um das Gesenkunterteil (10) relativ zu dem mit der vorstehenden Umfangskante versehenen Blech-Niederhalter (9) zu plazieren, und wobei der mit der vorstehenden Umfangskante versehene Blech-Niederhalter (9) und das Gesenkunterteil (10) relativ zueinander verschiebbar gehalten sind und Einrichtungen (13) aufweisen, um zwischen ihnen eine vorübergehenden Verbindung zu bewirken.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtungen zur Plazieren des Gesenkunterteils (10) eine als Anschlag geformte Schulter (10a) enthalten, die an dem oberen Abschnitt des Gesenkunterteils vorspringt und dazu bestimmt ist, mit einer Auflagefläche (9a) des mit der vorstehenden Umfangskante versehenen Blech-Niederhalters (9) zusammenzuwirken.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtungen zur vorübergehenden Verbindung mindestens ein bewegliches Element (13) enthalten, welches zwischen einer ersten Stellung, in der das Gesenkunterteil (10) mit dem mit der vorstehenden Umfangskante versehenen Blech-Niederhalter (9) eingerastet ist, und einer zweiten Stellung verlagert werden kann, in der das Gesenkunterteil (10) bezüglich des mit der vorstehenden Umfangskante versehenen Blech-Niederhalters (9) entriegelt ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verlagerung des beweglichen Elements (13) mit dem Arbeitstakt des Pressenstößels (7) der Presse synchronisiert ist, um das Gesenkunterteil (10) dann mit dem vorstehenden Blech-Niederhalter (9) zu verriegeln, wenn der Pressenstößel (7) der einstufigen Presse wieder angehoben wird.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtungen zum Plazieren des Gesenkunterteils (10) mindestens ein elastisches Gegendruckmittel zum Abfedern und zum Zurückhalten aufweisen.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elastische Gegendruckmittel zu Abfedern und Zurückhalten des mit der vorstehenden Umfangskante versehenen Blech-Niederhalters (9) und/oder des Gesenkunterteils (10) aus Elementen besteht, die Federn, hydraulische Zylinder, Gas-Zylinder, Elastomer-Polster oder hydraulische-Polster umfassen.
