Claims (14)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Tiefziehen blatt-, blech- oder folienförmiger Materialien mit einer Matrize aus einem Kissen (2) aus einem elastischen Material, beispielsweise einem Elastomer, das in einem Aufnahmekasten (1) angeordnet ist, einer Einrichtung zur Vorumformung einer Platine (6), wobei die Einrichtung durch einen äusseren Stempel gebildet wird, der stirnseitig einen Niederhalter (4a) aufweist, einer Einrichtung zur Fertigumformung der Platine (6), wobei die Einrichtung durch einen zentralen Stempel gebildet wird, der einen Stössel (5) betätigt, und einer ersten Einrichtung (10) zur Aufnahme des verdrängten Volumens des Kissens (2) relativ zu dem Volumen, das durch die Oberfläche des fertigen während der Fertigumformung erhaltenen Werkstücks bestimmt wird,
    gekennzeichnet durch
    mindestens eine zweite Einrichtung (20) zum Ausgleich des aufgrund der Veränderungen der physischen Eigenschaften des Materials des Kissens (2) während der Vorfumformung und der Fertigumformung des Werkstücks verdrängten Volumens des Kissens (2).
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Einrichtung (20) zum Ausgleich in einer Wand des Aufnahmekastens (1) angeordnet ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Einrichtung (20) zum Ausgleich zum einen mindestens ein verschiebbares Organ (21), das in einer Kammer (22) die in den Aufnahmekasten (1) mündet, angeordnet ist, wobei das Organ mit dem Kissen (2) zusammenwirken kann, und zum anderen ein Regelorgan (23) zur Regulierung der Bewegung des verschiebbaren Organs (21) aufweist, das zwischen dem verschiebbaren Organ (21) und dem Boden (22a) der Kammer (22) angeordnet ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Kammer (22) sich zur Wand des Aufnahmekastens (1) hin öffnet.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Kammer (22) bündig zur Wand des Aufnahmekastens (1) durch eine elastische Membran (24) abgeschlossen ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das verschiebbare Organ aus einer insbesondere ebenen Platte (21) besteht, mit einer Vorderseite (21a), die mit der Wand des Aufnahmekastens (1) bündig abschließt.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Platte (21) im Randbereich mindestens ein Gleitelement (25) zur Führung der Platte in der Kammer (22) aufweist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das Regelorgan (23) durch ein elastisches Element (23a) gebildet wird.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das elastische Element (23a) mit einer Einrichtung (30) zur Vorspannung des elastischen Elements zusammenwirkt.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Einrichtung zur Vorspannung durch einen Gewindebolzen (31) gebildet wird, der am elastischen Element (23a) befestigt ist und dessen erstes Ende (31a) mit der Platte (21) verbunden ist und dessen zweites Ende (31b) mit einer Stellschraube (32) versehen ist, die an einer Scheibe (33) zur Anlage bringbar ist, die zwischen dem elastischen Element (23a) und dem Boden (22a) der Kammer (22) angeordnet ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das elastische Element (23a) durch einen Kautschuk- oder Elastomerblock gebildet wird.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das elastische Element (23a) durch eine Feder gebildet wird.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das Regelorgan (23) durch ein hydraulisches System gebildet wird, das mit einem Druckregelspeicher verbunden ist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das Regelorgan (23) durch ein pneumatisches System gebildet wird.
