Claims (5)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Tiefziehen eines Blechrohlings (5) mit einer Matrize, die aus einem Kissen (2) aus einem elastischen Material, beispielsweise einem Elastomer, besteht, das in einem Haltekasten (1) angeordnet ist, einem unteren Rohlingshalter (3), der an dem oberen Bereich des Kastens (1) anliegt und auf dem der Blechrohling (5) liegt, Einrichtungen zum Vorformen des Blechrohlings (5), bestehend aus einem äußeren Gleitstück (6) mit einem oberen Rohlingshalter (6a) und Einrichtungen zum Formen des Blechrohlings (5), bestehend aus einem mittleren Gleitstück, das aufeinen Stempel (7) wirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie in den Zonen der Erwärmung des elastischen Kissens (2) in dem unteren Rohlingshalter (3) angeordnete Einrichtungen (20) zur Regelung der Temperatur des Kissens (2) im Verlauf des Tiefziehens des Blechrohlings (5) aufweist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtungen (20) zur Regelung der Temperatur des elastischen Kissens (2) in einem Kranz (25) angeordnet sind, der auf dem in Kontakt mit dem elastischen Kissen (2) befindlichen Innenteil des unteren Rohlingshalters (3) angeordnet ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kranz (25) aus einem Material besteht, das einerseits eine bessere Wärmeleitfähigkeit als der andere Teil des unteren Rohlingshalters (3) und andererseits einen niedrigen Reibungskoeffizienten hat.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Material des Kranzes (25) unter den Materialien Stahl, Aluminium, Kupfer, einer Aluminiumlegierung oder einer Kupferlegierung ausgewählt ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtungen (20) zur Regelung der Temperatur des elastischen Kissens (2) aus Umlaufleitungen (21, 30) für ein Wärmeträgerfluid bestehen.
