Claims (6)

  1. Device for press-forming sheet materials, in particular metal blanks (5), on a single-acting press comprising, on the one hand, a cushion (2) of an elastic, in particular incompressible, material, forming an anvil lodged in a retaining trough (1), and, on the other hand, means for preshaping and final shaping of said metal blank (5), in which the preshaping and final shaping means are arranged in a bottom die (6), comprising a supporting member (8), on which the slide (7) of the single-acting press is supported, an upper peripheral blank clamper (9) connected to the supporting member (8) by at least one elastic reaction, stop and retaining member (11), a bottom die base (10) arranged in the upper peripheral blank clamper (9), and means (9a, 10a) for positioning the bottom die base (10) in relation to the upper peripheral blank clamper (9), said upper peripheral blank clamper (9) and said bottom die base (10) being mounted in a sliding manner in relation to one another and comprising means (13) for momentary connection of them.
  2. Device according to Claim 1, characterised in that the means of positioning in the bottom die base (10) comprise a shoulder (10a) forming an abutment, provided at the upper part of said bottom die base and intended to cooperate with a bearing surface (9a) of the upper peripheral blank clamper (9).
  3. Device according to Claim 1, characterised in that the momentary connection means are formed by at least one mobile element (13) which can be displaced between a first engaged position of the bottom die base in relation to the upper peripheral blank clamper (9) and a second disengaged position of the bottom die base (10) in relation to said upper peripheral blank clamper (9).
  4. Device according to any one of Claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the displacement of the movable element (13) is synchronised with the cycle of the slide (7) of the press to engage said bottom die base (10) with said upper blank clamper (9) at the moment when said slide (7) of the single-acting press reascends.
  5. Device according to Claim 1, characterised in that the means of positioning the bottom die base (10) comprise at least one elastic reaction, stopping and retaining member.
  6. Device according to Claim 1 or Claim 5, characterised in that the elastic reaction stopping and retaining member of the upper peripheral blank clamper (9) and/or the bottom die base (10) is formed of elements selected from among springs, hydraulic jacks, gas struts, elastomer cushions, hydraulic pads.
