Abstract

Zum Behandeln, insbesondere Trocknen, Schrumpfen oder Finishen von textilen Warenbahnen (20) werden diese mit ausreichender Voreilung zwischen zwei im wesentlichen parallel laufenden Transportbändern (43) geführt. Oberhalb und unterhalb der Transportbänder (43) sind abwechselnd Blasdüsen (47) und Saugdüsen (48) angeordnet, wobei jeweils einer Blasdüse (47) eine Saugdüse (48) gegenüberliegt. Dadurch wird die Luft durch die Warenbahn (20) hindurchgesaugt; außerdem erhält diese zwischen den Transportbändern (43) eine Sinus-Form. Die Transportbänder (43) werden wenigstens abschnittsweise in Vibration versetzt; diese Vibrationen werden auf die Spitzen der Warenbahn (20) übertragen. Die gegenseitigen Abstände der Transportbänder (43) und der zugehörigen Blas- und Saugdüsen (47, 48), die Vibrationsfrequenz sowie die Geschwindigkeit der Transportbänder (43) können auf die Eigenschaften der Warenbahn (20) - Gewicht, Feuchtigkeit, Luftdurchlässigkeit - abgestimmt werden.
